This spacious 3 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home on the lake is the real deal for relaxing group travel. Spend time with your guests in the movie room, game room, or on the lakeside beach!

With its spacious common areas and game room, the home truly brings people together! This home has been outfitted not only to sleep 7, but with enough space and function for up to 7 people to enjoy spending free time connecting with those around them. Remote workers and students find refuge by utilizing our high speed internet from around the house.

Having two spacious common areas gives groups the flexibility they need. Relax in the open and inviting great rooms with plenty of comfortable seating, flat screen and tv, or have some fun in the game room with air hockey, foosball, and more!
Step into our movie room, adorned with plush seating and dimmable ambient lighting, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment. Sink into cozy recliners or plush sofas as you settle in for a movie marathon or catch up on your favorite TV series.
Preparing a tasty meal has never been more fun in this kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs, stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, pots/pans, plates/bowls, and utensils. The open floor plan allows you to interact with everyone in the living room without missing a beat. Then enjoy meals at the large dining table.

Comfortably enjoy not one but two primary suites both with King beds. The upper level features another other large bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom. Bedrooms are equipped with plenty of closet space.
Fresh towels, and linens are provided for each guest, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; Hairdryers are available in the property as well.
Don’t forget to spend some time outside on our backyard beach and exploring the lake in our kayak/paddle board. Book now, and take advantage of North Carolina’s beautiful seasons!
Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, kitchen, both living areas, laundry room, back yard, and dock. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway, in the garage, and on the street.
Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

Lakeside Bliss is located in the Denver Area, and is perfect for families in town, or relaxing group vacations.
Nestled peacefully on the shores of Lake Norman, Denver is a serene area offering a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. With a wealth of restaurants, bars, and retail establishments, you'll find everything you need within reach. Plus, its proximity to Charlotte, NC ensures easy access to the city's vibrant offerings.
For nature enthusiasts, the nearby Rock Springs Nature Preserve, located less than 6 minutes away, beckons with its scenic hiking trails and a delightful playground, providing a perfect escape into the great outdoors.
Getting Around:
This charming home is nestled alongside the picturesque shores of Lake Norman, offering a tranquil setting and breathtaking views. Conveniently located, it provides easy access to a variety of grocery stores and restaurants just a short drive away.
Other Things to Note:
The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house-trained :). Unfortunately, we do NOT allow cats. Any pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $250 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, MyTripify reserves the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.
We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.
*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.
MyTripify uses a rental agreement with each reservation to clearly outline and protect your rights and responsibilities. Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.
Your stay is very important to us! Please read through the following house rules. Any breach is subject to a fine.
To ensure safety and security each guest is required to complete the check-in form including a valid government ID. Non-complete or inaccurate information in the arrival form will result in a termination of your stay without a refund.
Check-in and Checkout:
Check-in is at 5:00 PM (unless purchased prior day($99 + Booking platform fees); early check-in is at 1:00 PM) Check-out is at 11:00 AM Check-in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols. Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible. Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.
Quiet Enjoyment:
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, we ask that you please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed on the premises, and no parties are permitted whatsoever.
Any disturbance of the neighbors will result in a $400 fine as well as the termination of your stay without a refund. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels.
Access to the Home:
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet. To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Pets:
Pets are permitted on the property ONLY when disclosed and approved before check-in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are allowed on the premises.
Pet owners wanting to bring pets must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $149 + booking platform fees, is to be collected prior to check in. If pets will be in the property for more than 1 week, MyTripify requires guests to purchase travel insurance.
Pet owners are expected to clean up after all pets including picking up poop in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood. Any damages done by pets will be charged to the guest.
Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.
Smoking:
No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500.
Damages:
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.
Excessive Trash:
All trash, including unused food, must be removed. Kitchen and bathroom trash bags should be taken to the outdoor receptacles. Trash must fit in these receptacles or be disposed of by the guest before checkout. A fee of $75 per bag will apply for any trash that does not fit.
Internet Usage:
By using the internet provided at any MyTripify property, you agree to our Internet Policy as follows. MyTripify is not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence.
Additionally, you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless MyTripify for any damages caused by illegal internet use.
Checkout Instructions:
Guests are responsible for all of the following: Please understand any violation of the checkout procedures will result in increased cleaning costs and will result in fine.
-Place used towels and linens on the floor of each room.
-Rinse dirty dishes and put in the dishwasher and start before departure Hand wash pots & pans and place in drying rack
-Wipe spills on surfaces like floors and counters, use rags, paper towels, or wipes DO NOT use white towels Sweep the floor of any noticeable debris Use broom, vacuum, or Swiffer.
-All Trash is removed including but not limited to unused food from the refrigerator and cabinets. Kitchen and bathroom trash bags are taken outside to the large receptacles.
-Turn off all lights and lock doors upon departure
