First time in NC

I was a little worried when we arrived as weather wasn't to great, and we were on the 2nd floor. After getting checked in and entering our Vacasa, it was so cozy! Very clean and the view was Fantastic. I would definitely recommend this vacasa for anyone who is wanted a good view but also higher up but not too high up. We were provided with everything we needed but of course we bought more stuff anyways on our stay. Thank you so much! From Missouri

Oceanfront Delight

We enjoyed this clean, whimsically decorated unit thoroughly. It had every amenity we needed. The location is as oceanfront as it gets and the views are mesmerizing. There is a convenient market and Tiki bar right across the street.Great vacation!

My children’s 1st beach trip

I loved that the area of beach this property is on, is private, not all packed and congested ,was easy to keep up with my babies while they played on the beach. The location is absolutely perfect for a beautiful & relaxing beach trip! Great for all ages! Beautiful home & very well Accommodated.

If decor was the only thing to rate it would be wonderful…

The decor was beautiful but thanks to “Debby” we were inside a majority of the time. That’s no ones fault but the accommodations were not comfortable enough to stay there 24/7. The A/C in the bedroom blew warm air so we had to put the mattress in the living room so we could sleep comfortably. The cleaning leaves a lot to be desired.

Disappointed

Check in after 4 in winter so it was dark. Buildings signs not illuminated so it was difficult finding correct building and unit. Unit was clean, furniture nice and comfortable but very musty smell upon entering unit first time, perhaps it hadn’t been rented in a while and definitely not aired out

Don't expect service in a timely manner

The property managers don't show up until days after being notified of a problem and were unable to fix the AC or the internet. It has a nice view and furniture but I was very disappointed with the customer service.

Lovely little unit, decorated nicely. However it needs a deep clean. Sand on floor in master bedroom, baseboards all need cleaning, especially behind furniture. The sofa bed mattress is stained and needs to be replaced. There was trash under the sofa bed. Also the beach was quite shallow. Difficult to sit and not have your belongings get wet.
