Great views parking included was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The property is a bit dated and could use a bit of a freshen up but has everything needed for the stay. Location is quiet, included parking was super convenient. A fresh paint job and hybrid floors instead of carpet would really spruce the place up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bed was comfy and the view was nice but was disappointed in the outdoor furniture as it does not match what is pictured. Wicker chairs (as pictured) would be better than the provided metal chairs that get crazy hot when the sun comes that way. Otherwise, the kitchen worked well for our needs, the AC was nice, parking was a nice perk, and accessing everything was convenient. Overall, it was a good deal for what was provided.

We have stayed in many different condos in this building, this is a great condo with an amazing ocean view! Very clean, and the bed is comfy! super fancy toilet :) Furniture was nice and clean too, no dirt,no stains.We would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen was just the cooking appliance ances. They were in great shape. I guess I have been spoiled with seasonings, spices and coffee. One packet of coffee was left there for our use. We wound up purchasing coffee, seasonings and spices for our cooking. We did leave some behind hopefully for the next guest to use.The bidet toilet was a nice surprise in the bathroom. It was a new experience for us. However there seemed to be a leak next to the toilet. It stayed wet constantly.Overall it was a great experience and we will return. Thank you.

Location and view was great! Well appointed unit and easy check in/check out.The bathtub doesn’t drain which grosses me out standing in ankle deep water, might not bother others. Fan in bathroom doesn’t work. Should be easy maintenance fixes.

Perfect Place for our Honolulu stay!

The place is very clean and very well equiped. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Checking in and out was very easy and everything worked. Our highlight was the view over Waikiki and Honolulu from the 37th floor. We can highly recommend Captain Cook.

Great find!

We had a great experience at this property. The self check-in process was very simple thanks to detailed instructions provided by the host. The condo was very clean and had a FANTASTIC view of Waikiki beach and Diamondhead. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach (and even shorter walk to the nearest ABC Store). Very convenient location for catching day tours, renting a scoot coupe, and places to eat. We did not have a car and walked for most of our trip. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Wow!

Stayed at this property for a week. Very clean and had stunning views from the 37th floor. Great area, with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Beach is within walking distance. We didnt use the pool but did go down & look at it. Its a nice pool, with bbq set ups. Great A/C and balcony. Water pressure was good to be so high up. Bed was comfy, pillows were a little on the flat side. Definitely well worth the cost!

Waikiki Vacation

This condo has awesome views and was very clean. The only thing that I found that needed to be upgraded was the shower head. It didn't spray good and it felt like pins and needles hitting your body. The chairs on the lanai were hard to get up or down in as they didn't swivel to make it easier.Walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants.Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. .

I can’t review the actual room, as it was flooded by a previous guest. Upon arrival I called to check in and found out they could offer a different room lower in the building that was comparable. I suppose I’ll never know but the room we were moved too was dated, the door looked to be kicked in and poorly repaired, along with a air leak in the sliding door, leaving a constant whistling.While the host was very responsive and kind and attempted to rid us of the whistling, I just don’t know that the room was comparable. I wouldn’t have paid as much as I had for this room. We had already landed, the week of Christmas with no real other options, we took what was offered.

Byron as been welcoming and helpful during our stay. The location is great, and it’s easy to move around by walk, bus, trolley, biki, taxi or car if you have one. It’s located from a walk distance to everything you need, 5 min to the Kalakaua Avenue main street and to the beach. We recommand this property and we will come back again. Mahalo !

The room was very nice. Pictures matched on line listing. Excellent location to beach, shopping and downtown life. Most everything was in walking distance. Transportation available and easily accessible if needed. A few comments: Instructions for TV not provided in English The common areas in the hotel do NOT match the apartment unit, taking away from the overall appeal. The laundry area and the trash room need attention to both cleanliness and stench (which permeates to the hallway). More clarification may be very helpful regarding hotel guest services/ private property ( bag check, towels, linen service, coins for laundry and cost). Overall your place was beautiful. Thank you!

Best location and view!

Loved the location, free parking, extremely comfortable living space and bedroom with the most amazing views!! Being someone who loves to travel im comfort and stay for long periods, I would highly recommend this place! I will say the customer service for this company is great, I had an issue with my other Airbnb and they contacted me the next day and relocated me. Byron the property manager was extremely commutative. Honestly, when I schedule again, I would ask to see what properties he manages because he did an exceptional job!

5-Star Stay!

The location worked great for my purposes, (close to shopping, the beach, and a short drive to UH Manoa). The condo was very clean and well-equipped. Byron from CCRE was very kind and helpful! The parking was so easy and convenient - if you'll need a car like I did, this is your place! My favorite part was the beautiful view from both the bedroom window and the terrace off the living room. The only thing I can think of for an improvement would be to add a cutting board to the kitchen - it had everything else you could need (and even some nice extras such as a rice cooker, chemex, hot water kettle). Highly recommended!

What a view

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had an excellent view on Diamond Head and all over Waikiki .It has everything you need for a longer stay , very well equipped .However , I would just recommend this unit for a couple and not for a family of 4 . The sofa bed is really uncomfortable to sleep in with bars pressing on your ribs while sleeping . The matras was quite dirty with menstruation spots and we were surprised about the unit not so well cleaned before we arrived . A lot of dirt under the bed and sofa bed , also the kitchen floor was sticky and didn’t felt like it was cleaned before our arrival . It could be that the cleaning is not followed up by the management but this is point they should really work on . Overall we had a good stay and the views are unbeatable.

Reviewer Comments: We try to come to Waikiki once a year, and have stayed at Waikiki Sunset a few times, this was 2nd time using Captain Cook, but first time in 3704. We stay there for the ocean view, price, location, spacious condos, full kitchens, private lanais, free phone calls, both local & to Canada/mainland US, and free parking. 3704 has the best view of all we have stayed in. A few negatives that may/may not bother other people. The king size mattress needs replacing, seemed very old, both sides are very compressed, you really sink down a lot, more than any hotel/condo mattress we have ever slept on. We could even see the indents when first walking into the bdrm, but down the middle was normal, the padded mattress cover didn't help. Hated the high (tall) chairs on the lanai, regular, hotel type balcony chairs that you sit down into, your feet touch the floor, and you can stretch your legs out and relax in would be a 100% better. We used the kitchen a lot, but only "microwave safe" bowls were cereal/soup size, a 2, 3, or even 4 quart size would have been nice for cooking. There was no dish drying rack either. We would have prefered regular cable tv with local channels like KGMB, KITV, KHNL etc instead of just streaming tv. We will stay at Waikiki Sunset again, and "might" consider 3704 again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: ワイキキサンセットはよく利用していますが、今回宿泊した37階のお部屋は初めて。眺望がすばらしく朝起きたときから気持ちがいいです。設備は必要なものが揃っていて、トイレもウォシュレットが付いています。日本人にお薦めしたいです。
