Our stay was great, awesome location, very spacious rooms and loved the kitchen, saved us a lot of money on eating out. The use of the laundry facilities was also nice. Check in process was easy, apartment was clean and parking was straightforward as well. Overall, I'd say it was a great experience staying here and the price was great too. The only thing I wish was different is flooring throughout the apartment instead of carpet, the carpet looked like it needed to be replaced already but that does not take away from all of the positives, everything was perfect!

Advertised pictures show a clean and up to date apartment. However, the apartment is old, run down, and dirty. Don’t stay here. I was very disappointed. I contacted the listed host whom is not the host but rather a company which represents the host. They offered to send a clean pillow. That’s it.

- [ ] If you are not too discerning and not concerned about staying in a tastefully-appointed property, you’ll be fine here.Great location!!Quite a lot of instructions/codes to get settled in. Skilled driving is required to maneuver into the parking area.Kitchen: No wine/champagne glasses, no dish washer, no ice maker. Very basic utensils, etc. Be sure to check out the unit so you’ll know what to get at the grocery store.Carpet is dated and stained. We felt uneasy walking in bare feet so we wore socks while we were there. Shower area has mildew/mold, and the floor molding is detached from the wall in some areas.The apartment needs an update. It is quite “tired” and felt “dank.”We were out and about most of the time, so we tolerated the sub-standard conditions.Additionally, be sure to keep meticulous records of what you have paid. The host attempted to collect the parking charges and damage waiver TWICE. I have documentation of this.

The host's messages demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and enthusiam. The host's response time was quick (like within 30 minutes). Check-in and Check-out instructions were easy to follow. The location is within walking distance to a variety of shops/restaurants and the property is clean and spacious. My guests and I had a great time being here.

Property is close to Waikiki beach with many restaurants nearby. Unit is very basic with limited kitchen supplies, but was well stocked with beach chairs, etc. check-in process was a bit difficult. Had issues with accessing online platform, but eventually worked things out.

Once we figured out how to access things (parking and the building itself), this condo was great. Though the garage and lobby are a little rough, the unit itself is clean and well-appointed (there are a few things I'd add to the kitchen). The A/C units were great to have. Having towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a good-sized cooler was great! The location is easy, with quick access to the beach and shopping. There's a hotel across the way with a rooftop pool and a band that plays most nights. If you love music, you'll appreciate it. If you want quiet, this might not be your place. They stopped by about 10:00 each night though. We loved it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo!

Nice location but very noisy

Property was clean and location is good. The only problem is it’s too noisy all day and night, live music plays till midnight and you will hear crazy loud traffic noise all night long. Could not sleep during the stay.

Great location 2 short blocks from sand...3-5 min walk

Property was perfect for our family of 5. Really liked being 2 short blocks from sand and crowds. We only experienced slight noise with the sliding doors closed with A/C on but was not overwhelming and any property in that area would experience the same. Views were good off the lanais. With having the kitchen and overall extra square footage, it was more comfortable than a normal hotel room.

Good place, location but so empty

If you are looking for a place to stay with nothing or limited amenities inside, this is the one and it's very spacious.It has no washer/dryer in the unit... the building has washers / dryers that can be used by anyone on the 3rd floor.

Excellent location if you like Waikiki. Would stay again. Good communication with manager. 2 blocks from the beach. Nice place. Traffic is loud near the beach at all hours. Had to sleep with ear plugs on the 15th floor. Small issues: The bedroom carpet is about 10 years past worn out. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the bedroom ceiling fans. The Roku has zero subscriptions. Bring your own logons. Owner: Please buy a cheap stand alone shelf unit for the bathrooms. Large rooms with no place to put clothes you are changing into or out of.

This condo was perfect for my family of 6. Check in was very easy. The number one thing I always look for when booking something is how clean the place is. This condo exceeded my expectations. The bathroom and the kitchen were clean. I liked that this place had beach chairs and an umbrella which was very useful for my teenagers and mom. The parking garage was a plus which fit my suv rental. The beach is a 3 min walk from the condo. I would recommend this place and would come back again. The host was very responsive but didnt have any concerns or issues. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this condo. Thank you for having such a great place for my family and I to enjoy our first Hawaii vacation.

Perfect Hawaii rental

This rental was absolutely perfect for our Hawaii vacation! Plenty of space, very well equipped with everything we needed including paper towels, soap, plenty of towels, extra blankets and bedding, with extras: beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella which were VERY appreciated and even laundry detergent (!). There is a great laundry on the 3rd floor, very helpful since we did get dirty traveling around the island. Location is central to everything, we could walk to tons of shops and restaurants and Lyfts come within minutes. Beds were very comfortable and the ac units worked great! Felt very safe, the key fob is required to enter the property. Also lots of kitchen amenities, we were able to cook and there were even coffee filters for us. Owner checked in on us several times, communications were detailed and organized. Loved every minute of our trip, so happy we found this gem of a place. Thank you to the owners for making our trip truly perfect!

First the good -Location is amazing , just two blocks from the beach. Throw on your bathing suit grab a towel and jump in the water.Perks , parking space with daily fee Near all the shops and restaurants 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 2 bedrooms- great for a family of 4 Beach towels provided The not so good stuff -Building is old , elevator broke down, water was out one day , smells old, needs some TLC and very noisy at night , homeless people in the alley, Limited kitchen supplies, ie no salt, pepper, coffee, etc But all that you can over look because of the beautiful ocean just steps from your room.They also only gave us one FOB to enter which was hard for a family of 4 , i requested a second FOB , told us that was the buildings policy one per reservation And then backtracked on the last day to say that the previous renter had lost one. That was really disappointing, But the location and size of the apt was great .

Good Location

Convenient location. Few minutes' walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Kitchen doesn’t have any basic condiment like sugar pkts for coffee. The condo is very old-style deco. Does not have the Hawaiian vibe. Definitely needs a makeover and upgrading. Both sliding doors are difficult and a pain to open due to rust and dirt at the bottom. The balcony rails are covered so you can’t enjoy the scenery sitting down. You can see partial ocean view from the balcony standing up. Bathrooms are nice and roomy but needs more towel holders, shelves and hooks. No where to hang 4 wet towels after showering. The master bedroom mattress squeaks a lot. Needs to be replaced. Wifi was not working so I lost half a day’s work since I was on a work holiday. The elevator didn’t work one day. Being on 15th floor it was difficult for my 80-year-old partner to walk down the stairs. Also, I don’t like the early 10am check out. Most places are 11:00 am. I will not be staying here again. Not as nice as the pictures

Family trip

Place was nice and clean. Rooms were a good size. The master was large enough that we could just use the cot instead of using the sofa bed. Bathrooms were fine, maybe more towels racks. The kitchen … worked fine, needs tongs and maybe an extra paper towel roll. We had to use the bath mat to cover the threshold as it was a trip hazard. Came with a few beach accessories that came in handy. The laundry room worked great, thank you for the ride pods. Only other tip would be if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs cause the adjacent hotel can be loud at night. Wall ac units are awesome. Thank you for the stay!

Great spot!

Great area! Cannot beat the convenience of just walking a block and into the ocean! Lots of restaurants to choose from. We like to run force Eric use and the path around the canal was a perfect almost 4 Mike loop from the condo. Toiletries provided! Pretty well stocked kitchen. Loved the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. No sharing. Plenty of space for 3 adults. Would consider 2 couples to return in the future. Very quiet, safe building! Nothing fancy. Met all of our needs! Loved having a parking spot! Communication with the owner was TOP! Very friendly, and answered texts quickly.

Fantastic spot at Waikiki beach

Pros: The property was 2 short blocks away from Waikiki beach Close to restaurants and shops Nice double balcony Spacious and comfy with 2 bathrooms and a good sized kitchen Umbrellas and a couple beach chairs plus beach mat and some snorkel equipment available which is nice Manager is responsive and quick with assistance Parking onsite Only 20-30 min from HNL depending on time of day Cons: balcony doors sticky and hard to close Property is a bit older and corridors are a little musty
