This home is professionally managed by Sunset Properties.
You must be 25 years old to rent this home.
Previously the original Sunset Properties office, this house has been converted to a beach house! Bring your family down to the beach and stay in the relaxing area of Fort Morgan. This newly renovated home has plenty of space for everyone! Sitting only a 300 yard walk from the white sandy beaches of Fort Morgan, this house comes equipped with a very well stocked kitchen, wifi, and anything else you could need for your vacation home. This home has recently added an electric car charger.

Home sleeps 12
· 1st floor - Bedroom 1 - King with shared bath, shower
· 2nd floor - Bedroom 2 - 2 sets of Queen bunk beds
· 2nd floor - Bedroom 3 - King bed
Shared Jack and Jill bath with tub/shower combo
· 2nd floor - Bedroom 4 - Queen bed
Shared bath with tub/shower combo
· 3rd floor - Master bedroom with king bed - private bath with separate tub and shower

The garage is inaccessible to renters. Elevator can be accessed from the first floor, not ground floor - there are stairs to get to the first floor.

Area attraction include: Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge is located about 6 miles East on Ft. Morgan Rd. Also located only about 1/4 mile from the house is Gulf Shores Yacht Club & Marina offering charter fishing, dolphin and sightseeing cruises, along with bicycle and Jet Ski rentals. Tacky Jacks II restaurant and bar are also located at the Marina.
$1 from each reservation made in Fort Morgan will be donated to the Historic Fort Morgan!

Wonderful week

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The house had plenty of space for all of us. We had an issue with the AC unit and the property manager had someone out there that evening to get it working again!! Everything was wonderful.

Best Thanksgiving Ever

Our family of 11 recently spent Thanksgiving week at the beach in this perfectly appointed house. Everything was absolutely perfect. The house was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the beach was just a 3 minute walk away! We will be back!!

Wonderful house!!

We, our family of 10, (4 children, 6 adults) had the most wonderful stay at this house over Memorial Day weekend. It was roomy for kids to run around and we all enjoyed it so much!! The kitchen is well equipped and everything was as pictured. We have already rented it again for next year!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travelled with a large group, including several kids of various ages. Tons of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy! No issues with us all being able to dine together, plenty of hot water for multiple showers at once and the air stayed cool the whole time. Be prepared for stairs galore, but with so much room to spread out it's a small price to pay. Our only real complaints were the lack of seating in the living room; a large sectional would fit well and is much needed and no vacuum for us to use during our stay. We swept multiple times a day and it was a chore for sure. All and all we all agree this was a wonderful spot and we stay again!

Updated features in the kitchen, an elevator to all levels and a large capacity ice maker made the stay even better. The home was spacious allowing everyone space to visit, play games or just get away for some quite. This is a must do again for us.
