Just a block from the sand, this spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests and offers flexible indoor and outdoor spaces to relax, unwind, and enjoy a Gulf Coast getaway.



Guests can enjoy sunny decks, a community pool, and tennis or pickleball courts. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with sleeper sofa, while upstairs provides additional living space and sleeping accommodations. Please note that a new home is being built next door, so some construction may be visible during your stay.

The kitchen was fully stocked and the large dining room table and open living concept is great for a big group. Having a bathroom to go with each bedroom is so nice for everyone. Also, the proximity to the beach and pool are wonderful for the little ones. Two of the bathrooms hadn’t fully been cleaned, but it didn’t detract from our stay.

Family bacation

The size of the property was perfect for our kids and families. There were seven adults and four kids and the place was perfect!Access to the beach was easy and we had views of the gulf between the houses. It wa great!

Awesome Family Vacation Home

3 generations thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carousel. It truly felt like a home with bonus spaces to get away from others when needed. Will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Great accommodations!

Our family of 11 ranging from 6 years and up enjoyed this space tremendously. We had the perfect amount of space for us all to gather for meals and even enough space to have alone time. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with many appliances and then some. The walk to the beach was short for it not being directly on the beach. Definitely will be booking this house again!

Orange Beach Cheer competition

Our friends & family group stayed for the weekend for a cheer competition at the Orange Beach Wharf. We were excited for all the bedrooms and so many king-sized beds. The only negative was the mattresses. For two nights we were good, but any longer would have been an issue for me in particular. Everything else was wonderful. Beautiful location, quick 30 minute drive to the Wharf. Very clear instructions for everything. Thanks for keeping such clear communication. We truly appreciate it. Hopefully, we will get to come back again next year!

Good house for large group

Had 17 people from 60s to 7 month old. House gave us plenty of room to spread out and everyone have space. Large kitchen and living area. Having access to the pools was fantastic as some of our little ones tired of the sand quickly. No major complaints. Did have a little ant issue, but they sent someone over the very next morning after I sent a message late the night before. So very responsive to issues.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. With 7 kids and 7 adults, the home felt roomy but homey at the same time. We enjoyed the shared spaces but also loved having our own private bathrooms! The beach was super family friendly and an easy walk. It was also close to Walmart for groceries but the house came with everything else we needed. On our last night we had a pretty bad accident and the management company was super helpful and quick to communicate and help. Our only complaint was the pool- we only went once but the bathrooms were not open, there was no shade and the cleaning company came to pour chemicals in it as we were swimming so we had to leave. This was a great family trip and we will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always come back to Morgantown. Access to the beach is easy and the beach is not crowded. This was our first stay at this property. It was very roomy. There is an upstair apartment that seemed a little odd at first but functioned well for us and might be nice for some situations. My only negative is the tennis courts. The development as a whole needs to have the courts redone. Completely resurfaced- not repaired. We attempted to play pickleball but the court surface has some weird underlayment and sucks the life out of the bounce. If you are a "real" tennis player- you will likely be disappointed.

Fort Morgan Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very spacious and beautiful but there were some things that weren’t so good. The bedroom on the first floor closet to the stairs would not get cooler than 76-77 degrees with the thermostat set at 70-72, verified by maintenance inspection of HVAC and no change. The up stairs bedroom with bunk beds had dirty sheets which we washed upon arrival.Also we mopped the floor downstairs with swifter wet sheets which were black when we removed them( we had babies crawling around and their knees were black before we mopped!We appreciated Sunset trying to help with the AC problem, and our family still very much enjoyed our stay. Convenient beach access and loved the remote location. We would consider booking again. Thank you so much.

Great Stay. Small Feedback

Great place to stay for our family. Would stay here again. One small piece of feedback: I think you should add some more hand rail to the stairs from the garage area to the first living level. We had two 70 year olds that could have really used that. There is something to hold on to, but that's only for like half of the stairs.

Beautiful home and fantastic location! Short walk to the beach boardwalk as well as the community pool. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of beach chairs/toys! Our only negatives were not enough bath towels provided and beds were firm and not very comfortable.

Thank you for your review. The owner takes very good care to make sure that everything is there for a great vacation. We provide 28 towels and the property sleeps 18. If at any time you visit with us and need additional towels, we would be happy to provide them for you during your stay. It's understandable and subject for mattresses to meet each guests comfort level. The owner just replaced the two king beds in September and were brand new for your visit. We will let them know your thoughts. We appreciate your feed back and hope that you will visit with us again.

Family Beach Getaway 2022

This was the perfect property for our family! We had a group of 14 and their was plenty of room for all of us, the beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed! Have already had request to "stay their next year" Walk to the beach was perfect, and we were able to keep out tent out on the beach all week (great, since we had a couple of little children). Thanks for a great family vacation!

When renting tents from a local company the City does recognize it isn't just something abandoned and needs to be cleaned up with the "Leave only Footprints" ordinances. We had a great time. The house had a good view of the beach and was just a minute walk down to the water. The house was clean and had plenty of room for the whole family to spend quality time together. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The subdivision pools could have been a little cleaner but not sure that the fault of the house owner but the subdivision it’s self.
