We had a wonderful stay, minus a hurricane, at the beach house. There was enough room for 3 separated families. The back porch was our favorite part of the house. The owner was very responsive to messages.

Was a great trip just when we arrived there was sand all in the floor and a white powder on everything i let the host know and sent pictures but I was told they couldn’t zoom in and had bad eye sight so didn’t know what I was talking about and I let know that I was letting them know it wasn’t clean but didn’t seem to care the houses floor were bowing like that had been water damage at some point and there’s a section of wall that is bubbled and broken and the walk to the beach is farther then what stated but other then that it was a amazing stay and plenty of room.

So sorry to read above, it was hard for us to tell where sand was based upon only saw it on fingertips even when we looked at other photos we didn’t see any sand on any surfaces, so asked for more photos as maybe our eyesight not seeing it -but didn’t send anymore or communicate further then —so sorry if misunderstanding, but if sand in floors we would have absolutely sent cleaners back out, there is an occasional small slender gap in flooring boards from settling we are told as built on sand as you have shown in photos. The small bubble on wall we didn’t see ourselves until after we closed on home,and no one ever mentioned it until now-so will see what can be done about it once end of season. Unfortunately, we did find damages to shower after your departure, that wasn’t reported to us, but it has been repaired now. Glad you appreciated spaciousness and the direct walk straight to the water… it is not at water’s edge as shown in the photos for which we are very happy as few lovely homes out there close to waters edge which have gotten there through storms and beach erosion…..and if topple in water can’t even be rebuilt.

Love this house! We had a wonderful vacation for the second year in a row! The house was clean & we didn't see a single ant, spider, or bug of any kind. The kitchen is roomy and well stocked with everything needed to cook big family meals. We love that there are 2 long tables to accommodate everyone. The water pressure is excellent even when multiple showers are running at the same time. The beds are comfortable. The host is easy to reach if needed. The best part of the entire house, in my opinion, is the deck! It's spacious and has lots of seating. We had enough room to put a small swimming pool in the corner for my toddler grandson to play in when we weren't on the beach. We also used it to rinse our feet off before going inside. :) If we weren't on the beach, we were on the deck...sunrise to sunset. I appreciate that the few maintenance issues I mentioned to the owners the previous year had been taken care of before our return visit this year. The house isn't brand spanking new, but it has been maintained & is comfortable for a week visit with the family.

Annual Vacation

Sea Heart Anchor was exactly as advertised. The accommodations were perfect for our large group. The biggest plus for us was the less crowded beach area along with its easy accessibility.

The house is so spacious and beautiful. PLENTY of room for our group of adults and one toddler. The house is directly on the beach with plenty of parking. We would definitely stay at the SeaHeart Anchor again!

The host is amazing !! She is very quick to respond. The property was very clean and smelled great. Beach access is great. Step off into the sand and a short walk. There was 10 of us and we had plenty of room.

Beautiful beachside escape

Would absolutely stay here again. The house was clean, had everything we could need and then some. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Amy (our host) was incredibly responsive and friendly.

What a great beach house in a great location with a great owner super easy to work with !!!! Quiet and larger than the pictures show !!! One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed, which is amazing being on the beach !!!! If you can find the date you need book it !!

Great Beach House

We loved this house! Great porch with views of the ocean. Nice private beach, plenty of space for our group. Owner was kind and easy to communicate with. Will definitely book again!

Great Place

Wonderful location, love the porch!

This was a great property with EXCELLENT air conditioning. We loved the covered porch and the fact that it had two tables and could seat everyone comfortably. Excited to see the addition of bunk beds in one of the rooms to sleep us more comfortably.

We stayed at SeaHeart Anchor about 2 weeks ago. The property was clean; beds were comfortable; kitchen was well-stocked; excellent AC in all the rooms; communication with the owner was easy; no ants, bugs, or spiders were seen in the house; beach view was spectacular; plenty of space so we weren't cramped; quiet area; a Publix is not terribly far away. The deck was probably my favorite part of the entire house! Our adult children say that this is the best house we've rented so far!

Nice vacation spot

We enjoyed staying here. The beach is right out the backdoor and it is not crowded at all. We fished the surf every day and caught some nice fish. Plenty of room at this comfortable property and a very nice deck to enjoy the view. Amy’s communication was excellent. Would stay here again.

Fabulous Beach House with dolphin sightings

We had a fabulous time with our family of six. The beach house was plenty big, perfectly located, and had all the amenities. It was a real bonus to see dolphins jumping out of the water after a storm on the first day we were there! We will definitely return!
