Animaux acceptés, plage, jetée sur la baie, côté piscine! Qu'est-ce qui ne veut pas aimer ??

Bienvenue au Lézard paresseux! Le Lay Lizard est une nouvelle maison de plage dans Bay to Breakers sur la péninsule de Fort Morgan de Gulf Shores. Si vous aimez la paix et la tranquillité lorsque vous êtes en vacances, alors c'est l'endroit pour vous. La plage à la fin de la promenade est privée à notre communauté Bay to Breakers.

La grande piscine saline et la piscine pour enfants sont à quelques pas. C'est piscine communautaire mais je n'ai jamais vu plus d'une famille de 4 personnes, donc il n'y a pas de foule ici, juste la beauté et la paix pour en profiter.

Le Lézard paresseux offre 4 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains!

CHAMBRE # 1: MASTER KING SUITE (en bas) salle de bain privée, avec une télévision à écran plat et terrasse privée qui s'ouvre sur le maître avec une vue sur la piscine et le golfe.

CHAMBRE # 2: (à l'étage) offre un lit queen, lits superposés (2 lits jumeaux) et une télévision à écran plat

CHAMBRE # 3: (à l'étage) offre un grand lit et une télévision à écran plat

CHAMBRE # 4: (à l'étage) offrent 2 lits jumeaux et TV à écran plat.

Il y a une grande salle de bain avec deux lavabos situés à l'étage ainsi qu'une grande terrasse pour bronzer, lire ou simplement se détendre!

Il y a un grand salon avec une télévision à écran plat, et une cuisine / salle à manger combo tous ouverts avec le salon et portes françaises menant à un porche couvert / filtré pour manger et se détendre tout en profitant de la vue et la brise constante entre le golfe et la baie. Il y a un grand canapé-lit dans le salon principal ainsi. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit.

La piscine est à 20 pieds du bas de l'escalier, et la plage est à 500 mètres de la promenade Si vous êtes fatigué de la plage et la piscine, nous avons également accès à la jetée dans la baie de l'autre côté de la rue, vous pouvez aller pêche ou prendre votre chaise de jardin et s'asseoir et regarder le coucher du soleil. Nous avons ajouté un foyer à la cour arrière afin que vous puissiez vous asseoir près d'un feu et profiter de la brise du soir.

Sous la maison est un grand parking et un endroit pour griller (charbon de bois) ou d'avoir une ébullition de crevettes. Les chiens bien élevés sont les bienvenus pour un animal de compagnie et doivent rester en laisse quand ils sont hors de notre propriété, mais la plage de Fort Morgan est la seule plage de Gulf Shores qui permet à votre chien de jouer sur la plage.

La construction du Lazy Lizard a été achevée en 2013 et tout est brillant et neuf. This property exceeded all our expectations. So many memories made on the three decks avaliable to us at this property. The pool was a stone throw away, the beach in short walking distance. Everything was prefect for our families stay. The rooms where beautiful and beds comfortable. We cannot wait to book this property for our next vist to Ft Morgan.

My family and grandparents stayed for the week. No issues whatsoever. The pool being so close was great for my kids. Short walk to the beach. Would stay again for sure. Host was easy to work with. Fort Morgan is the best.

Comfortable, spacious beach home conveniently located next to the neighborhood pool and easy, close beach access. We did enjoy our stay despite issues with the Wifi and the AC, both of which were dealt with by management in a fair amount of time. We appreciate the ability to bring our leashed dogs on the beach and into the home. The Ft. Morgan Beach area is a great location if you want to get away from a busy beach and relax.

Thanks Sue for your review ! So sorry you were the guest that came into the problems from the storms ! Just glad we could get the WiFi tech out on a 1st available and the HVAC out in an hour, and they have to sit in their truck for yet another storm to end to get it fixed. I’m just glad all was fixable fairly quickly ! Hope you’ll come back to see us again.

I love Bay to Breakers

House was great. Nice screened in deck area for outdoor dining and great uncovered deck that overlooked the community pool. Just a short walk to the beach and close enough to walk to Tacky Jacks. I'd stay here again in a minute!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at The Lazy Lizard!

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Lazy Lizard. Furnishings and plenty of room for 8 adults I child and 2 dogs. Close to the pool, the beach and fishing in the bay. All the amenities that we needed were just a few minutes away. Thank you to Liz Brand for providing a beautiful beach home to stay in. Would love to stay again next trip.

Perfect family/friend House

We loved the screened in porch. Could see the ocean from both sides! Right next to pool which kids loved. And super close to beach. Loved it! Super clean and a great space .

Nice for groups and families. Great location.

This home has lots of space for gathering in the living area and out on the patio. We watched some beautiful sunsets by the patio and beach. The pools were nearby so we could watch the kids from the patio. We had a few maintenance issues which were addressed. The beach was close. The kids bedroom was ideal for all the girls to be together. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great location with easy access to the beach

We were very happy to have rented this property for a week at spring break. It was a short walk to either the beach or the neighborhood-maintained pier on the inland side of the peninsula. The pool is right next door as well which was convenient. I will also say high winds and other potential noises COULD have been a factor but were not because the house seems very well insulated/sealed and was very quiet inside for sleeping. I would recommend!

What we needed

Beautiful beach, not crowded and great family atmosphere. Pools next to house were never crowded but did have regular use. The decks on the house are a wonderful feature. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and small appliances including a crock pot and nice pots and pans. We enjoyed a Ferry Ride to the Aquarium on Dauphin Island and ate at Tacky Jacks and Sassy Bass at Kiva Dunes. Tammi was very responsive to questions we had before we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

Hidden gem

Our first time staying at the Lazy Lizard, second time staying in Ft Morgan. This home was absolutely beautiful, perfect for our family and we enjoyed it! We met the owners Liz and Danny they were super nice and helpful. Tammi the property manager was awesome to work with too! It was easy access to the beach and the pool is right next to the house. Our favorite spot in the home was the enclosed deck eating area, we could hear the waves of the ocean and feel the light breeze. I highly recommend staying here! We look forward to coming back next year!

Annual Beach Trip

The house was large and had lots of porches. It was well stocked and had the best AC unit ever! The neighborhood was quiet. Would recommend getting a wagon or golf cart to carry gear to beach. We rented a tent for a week and it stayed up all week. The water was beautiful, some seaweed on beach, but our family loved Ft Morgan. The house is next to the pool area and it was beautiful on the deck at night with the ocean breeze and the pool lights.
