There are lots of windows to open and fans throughout the house for late summer hot spells. We DO NOT HAVE A/C. Generally, classic homes in this area don’t have A/C.

This stunning property features two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom is perfect for families or larger groups, with a full over full bunk bed and a twin pull-out bed. Rest assured, a restful night's sleep awaits you. The two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill style bathroom that features a huge walk-in tiled shower.

The living room is a true haven of relaxation and creativity. Immaculately designed, it showcases a pull-out couch for additional sleeping arrangements, a cozy sitting area perfect for unwinding, a stylish desk for work or study, and even a swing that adds a playful touch to the space.

A full propane tank is located in the back by the water heater should the fire pit or grill run out.

Linens and pillows are located inside the pullout sofa. Please use the included mattress protector.

Recycling/composting bins are located under the sink and can be emptied into the large blue and green bins outside.

Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected. Upon completing your reservation, we will provide you with an optional third-party Travel Insurance policy.

We use third party screening: We use a third-party company for guest verification. Upon booking you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers licence, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. For stays 30-59 nights it will be $230 and each additional 30 night block of your stay will be an additional $80.

For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.

Pet Policy:
-We ONLY allow up to 2 well behaved and house broken dogs (no puppies)
-No dogs are allowed on the furniture or bedding at any time
-Please pick up after your pet uses the bathroom
-Dogs are not allowed to stay in the home alone unless approved by the host
-NO CATS ALLOWED

No Smoking Please
-Damages will be incurred if found that there has been smoking
-This home is NOT 420 Friendly
-All smoking must be done away from the house either on the sidewalk or alleyway

Quiet Hours are from 9pm to 8am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours.

No more than 200 pounds on the living room swing. The owner is not liable for guests' use of the swing

No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violating Airbnb's party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb Platform. In addition, the host may also ask that you vacate the property and no refund will be given.

Fee schedule for violating house rules:
-Unauthorized late check-out: $50 immediately, $50 for every 30 minutes after checkout (i.e. +$100 at 30 min after checkout, $150 at an hour after checkout).
-Smoking in the house or in an area where it can drift inside: $250
-Unauthorized Parties or events: $250
-Additional guests beyond what was approved when booking: $35 per guest, per day
-Pet cleaning fee (if pet uses the bathroom in the house, or has excessive shedding, etc.): $100-$300
-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. vomit, carpet stain, bodily fluids, or excessive trash, etc.): $100-$250
-Broken/damaged items: charged at replacement value
