Welcome to our beach home located in Manhattan beach. In a mer 7 mins drive from LAX you can relax in this beach vibe boutique community. Known as the Beverly Hills of beach towns, Manhattan beach has a lot to offer, plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping. With gorgeous beaches where the sun shines 365 days of the year. We literally never get rain! Disney is only 30 mins away. Universal, downtown LA, Hollywood, all within driving distance, as this is LA, time varies on traffic. This home truly has a relaxed beach vibe. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a Disney Park adventure with the family with the added luxury of beach time within a trendy hip surfer town. Our street is off the beach so there is a very chill relaxed vibe. No parties please. If you're looking for a loud party vibe look closer to the strand area.
