Bayfront, sandy beaches on both sides-nature abounds! A birder’s paradise with a resident bald eagle! Listen to high-tide waves lap against the home-feel free to fish from the lower deck. Away from the summertime crowds of downtown, but a quick drive for those who venture out. Relax on your own beach, paddle board and kayak. End the day around the fire and be in awe of the most spectacular sunsets on the Jersey shore. This home has it all, just missing you, your family and friends.

Over 4000 sf of living space with new modern appliances. Completely remodeled bathrooms and 1st floor primary bedroom with ensuite for your enjoyment including full kitchen in the basement. Fully stocked, including 8 smart tv's and a ping pong table. Kayaks, paddle boards, corn hole, games and bikes are at your disposal. Plenty of space for everyone!

Our house manager is available 24/7 for any questions.

The house sits on 2.5 acres of land.

PLEASE NOTE: May 20th until June 17th is for the migratory shorebirds. This is when the amazing annual convergence of spawning horseshoe crabs and migratory shorebirds occurs. This ritual occurs May through early June when thousands of migratory shorebirds make their way to the Delaware Bay looking for a stopover as they journey north to nest in the arctic. These shorebirds are tired and hungry and are looking for open beaches, like ours, for foraging. The horseshoe crab eggs supply fuel to these birds so they can resume their journey. Swimming is prohibited during this time to protect the wildlife. This is a prime time for "bird enthusiasts" to view the many species, including the federally threatened Red Knot.
This is PRIME birdwatching and while the beach is closed to everyone else, you have a front row view! There will be thousands of horseshoe crabs, and more birds than you can imagine! This is a very special time for a nature lover and anyone into photography.

Location was outstanding. High and low tides provided two different locations with great atmosphere. Teresa was excellent, kept us informed and checked with us to see if there were any issues just the right amount.

Great house

Beautiful house and incredible location! We had a wonderful time on our family vacation at Eagles Nest. Everything about the house was great. We had a couple of minor issues when we arrived but the manager immediately took care of them. The house is full of light, which is wonderful, however if you need a dark room to sleep in I recommend you bring eyeshades!

Simply Beautiful

What a perfect spot for our family to reflect and share stories and memories of my father - room for everyone to be together but also to find peaceful privacy along the water and in the bird sanctuary that surrounds. Eagles, turtles, dolphins, sunrises, sunsets. Proximity to the Atlantic for October body surfing and beach reading. Thank you for sharing this property and for all of the attention to detail including the welcome gift for our dog!

40th Birthday Surprise!!!

Such a great property! Beautiful Sunsets out on the deck overlooking the Bay. Fire Pit at night! Morning walks on the beach with a cup of coffee. Great dinners and incredibly comfortable sleeping arrangements!

The Shore at every door,

The snow, the sand, the surf, the salty air, the singing seagulls, and even the bald eagle flying over…the sunsets…the sunsets made this a true Presidential weekend getaway feeling like royalty in the comforts of this expansive welcoming home! It is like being on a private yacht with the shore at your doors!

Exquisite Views

Delightful experience with breathtaking views. Quiet bayfront home with private beach is precisely as advertised. Extremely responsive and attentive property manager. We learned so much about horseshoe crabs which are abundant. My guests and I spent hours at the windows taking in the ebb and flow of the tide. Literally something for everyone. Well-appointed with most amenities. Two kitchens made meal prep easy and two dining tables afforded formal and informal options, although the kitchen table was preferred for optimal views of sunrise and sunset. Spacious living room with intimate lower level sectional if privacy is needed. Great experience overall. Thank you!!!

Great Views and Layout

Booked this property for an extended family Thanksgiving. We had 12 adults in total and the house accommodated us very comfortable. The first level has a kitchen, bar, ping-pong table, TV and seating area. This was perfect for our adult “children” while the older crew had plenty of room on the second level which includes a large family room, the main kitchen and a dining room. The “master” bedroom on the second (main) level is spacious and has absolutely stunning views. In fact, the views from many parts of the house include the expanse of the bay and we also saw several bald eagles both flying and perched. Not only are there great views, there are also great sounds. At high tide the the waves crash just below the back deck. Looking out the back it feels like you are on a cruise ship because all you see past the deck railings is water. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property for any group looking for a unique relaxing getaway.

Amazing in All Directions

The house is in a phenomenal location - water, beach, wildlife, marshland, tidal flats, and an overwhelming amount of beauty.Upon arrival, the house was incredibly clean - especially considering the SANDY beach is right outside the door. I've stayed other beach rentals in the past that always have that sandy grit on the floors from the moment you arrive and Eagle Point didn't!The house is beautifully furnished and seems like a place that is used and loved, not just furnished for renters.We were here in mid-May 2025 during the full-moon and had incredible views of the horseshoe crab spawn and shorebirds. The main-floor master bedroom has insane views and we spent so much time just watching the wildlife from those windows and the upper deck.We also spent a lot of time rescuing the horseshoe crabs from the rocks on the beach below the house and exploring the tidal pools during the low tide.The bald eagles made daily appearances on the tidal flats and we also got to see red knots and a bazillion other shore birds scampering around on the beaches.This was an incredibly memorable experience for our team and the guests we had during the day at the house and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for an amazing haven to connect with this incredible ecosystem.I would go back here in a heartbeat!

Nature lover's paradise

We love the beach in the off season: cooler days, cooler nights, fewer crowds. Eagle Point was a perfect October destination. It's a beautiful, well-kept home on an amazing property, and we look forward to visiting again!

Family Beach Vacation

Outstanding beach house and property. Spacious, modern and immaculate house with 6 bedrooms on large, private beach, well-equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable vacation, including kayaks, bikes, games, many Smart TVs, even towels & linens - we just had to bring clothes and food. Enjoyed beautiful sunset views and restful sleep with the sound of waves under our bedroom window. We even had our own bald eagle on property. Tidal beach with gradual drop-off ideal for small children and kayaking. Attentive property manager who quickly addressed minor issues. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - probably the best vacatuon rental we've ever had.
