Avant de faire une réservation, renseignez-vous pour vous assurer que vos dates sont disponibles. Je vis dans le quartier et représente de nombreux propriétaires. Ci-dessous, j'ai énuméré d'autres maisons qui pourraient répondre à vos besoins. Située sur la plage de Cape May, cette maison isolée est nichée dans la plus haute dune de la plage de Cape May, à seulement 15 minutes de route de l'historique Cape May. Cette maison dispose d'une plate-forme à deux niveaux expansive, environ 1200 pieds carrés, avec vue sur la baie magnifique et accès à la plage privée. Profitez de l'observation des dauphins, couchers de soleil, et le kayak à droite de votre arrière-cour.

A projeté dans le soleil salle vous donne un coin salon agréable pour profiter des vues sur la baie du Delaware. Divertir les invités sur le pont et grill extérieur, ou d'utiliser la salle à manger intérieure et préparer un repas dans la grande cuisine. Quel que soit votre désir, vous serez traité à l'eau vues.

Cette maison offre trois chambres à coucher. Une suite parentale au deuxième étage, avec une chambre à coucher et de la poudre. La deuxième suite de la chambre principale est au premier étage. Ma maison est les animaux domestiques et les chiens sont autorisés sur la plage 24/7.

Great home and location!

My family enjoyed our stay very much. Easy beach access, we enjoyed the views and sunsets. Close to restaurants and shops and Cape May. Kitchen is well equipped. The steps to the beach must have been upgraded from previous reviews, we had no issues at all. Beach equipment provided. We hope to return soon!

Wonderful house, location and host!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time here. The house was beautiful and clean, and the location was perfect and very peaceful. Susan was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be booking with her again. We enjoyed many walks on the beach and watching the sunset on the deck. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Thank you very much!

Phenomenal beachfront stay!

You can’t beat this location and sunset views. The deck and stairs right down to the beach make it an ideal spot for everyone- including your pet! Highly recommend this home as we had one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations. Easy to get to local food stores, restaurants and the center of Cape May. The host was extremely accessible from the time we inquired about this home until we left. A home run for everyone!

Great location! The house looks even better in person than it does in photos my friends and I had a moms getaway and we loved this house the private beach! Susan was super helpful and easy to rent from! The house was clean, beds were clean. Nothing but great things to say, will be coming back again!

Beautiful sunsets

The location was great. It had a beautiful deck with spectacular sunsets and a well-stocked kitchen. Plus it was dog friendly! Unfortunately, swimming in the water wasn’t possible because of numerous jellyfish. However the beach was great for walking.

Hidden lease requirement, unsafe stairs leading to beach, overall not good value for money

The positives: The view from the back deck is stunning. It was nice sitting on the deck in the mornings and at sunset. I was happy that the property is dog friendly and that dogs are allowed on the beach 24/7. The bed in the master bedroom is a king size and very comfortable. Despite this, there are quite a few negatives to make people aware of: The homeowner contacted me asked me to cancel my booking through VRBO and pay her directly for the rental (I refused to do this). Less than a week before my stay began she called again and told me I had to sign a separate lease even though I paid in full through VRBO and the booking was non-refundable. VRBO confirmed that they allow their renters to do this. This listing should clearly state that a separate lease will need to be signed - especially since the booking is non-refundable. The steps leading down to the beach are extremely unstable, narrow, and steep with railings placed too high to assist you in getting down the stairs. During our stay one of the steps completely gave way and thankfully no one was injured. The owner came the following day to put in a temporary fix and stated that new stairs would be built next summer but I recommend they put in new steps before renting this property to anyone else. The homeowners have not provided any beach items - there are no beach chairs, beach umbrellas, or even beach towels. There is a yellow kayak pictured which we thought we could use but there's a note on the refrigerator saying that it cannot be used. This is disappointing for a beachfront property to offer nothing for the beach. When we arrived at the check-in time of 4pm the property wasn't ready and it took an additional 30 min for the owners to finish cleaning and leave, so the linen fee and "professional cleaning fee" are egregious, especially since they also asked that we strip the beds and start a load of laundry for the towels upon leaving the property. The listing says it sleeps 8 people and this is not true, not just because there aren't enough beds for 8 people, but also because when signing the separate lease the owner said the maximum amount of people she allows on the property is 6. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom is very uncomfortable. The above combined with old fixtures throughout the house and no real hospitality made this a disappointing stay and not value for money.

Amazing views

We loved the location and the views were incredible. We had direct access to the beach and the bay. The place is very nice with lots of light. There were only two critiques. No bathroom door on the master bathroom. The biggest problem was the WIFI was the worst I have ever experienced. We had teens that were planning to have virtual school via Zoom but they couldn’t do it due to weak bandwidth. Netflix also froze as well several times.

Location does not get any better!

Wonderful beachfront house with direct access to an almost "private" shallow beach, which is perfect for young kids/toddlers. It does not get any better to be able to walk out the backyard, down the steep stairs (but manageable), then walk on the smooth sand beach for the sunsets. The house itself and amenities are "gently used" but everything is fully functional. The AC works great and remove most of the humidity from the ocean. Plenty of towels to spare which was important since kids tend to drag sand throughout the house. Overall, memorable stay and would return again!

Relaxing, quiet, very private...magnificent views.

This home has views that will relax your mind and soul. The deck has a table to have meals on but they need new chairs. There is an inside dining room that has beautiful accommodations and full surround ocean bay views. The grill on the deck worked nicely. The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful stoneware dinnerware and utensils...cookware to prepare meals and modern, clean appliances. Living room is spacious and has floor to ceiling windows that overlook the beautiful bay. The only con is that the steps to the beach need to be replaced. They are treacherous. Very steep and no sides if you were to misstep...you are going right over and it's high up. Beach is quiet, clean and beautiful. You will want to be on it everyday. Water temps in Sept were 74F...gorgeous. you can walk out a few hundred feet in the water and only be waste deep. So great for soaking and relaxing out in the water. Saw many people using SUP boards and kayaks. They supply 1 kayak. SUP boards would be nice for the owners to supply and 1 more kayak so 2 people could go out together. Beautiful neighborhood. Lastly take out food from Seafood and Fancy...3 mins away...is fantastic. Try the crab stuffed mushrooms and coconut fried shrimp!

Family at the Beach

Sunsets were wonderful. Walking down the stairs to the beach was great. We almost forgot about the virus. Only downside was that all our family could not join us due to travel Restrictions. We would definitely consider this rental in the future.

Perfect location!

A wonderful break at this perfectly located house with direct access to the beach. The view was stunning and we would sit and watch the dolphins whilst we ate outside on the deck. A very relaxing place to retreat to away from the crowds. Loved it!

Fun mini vacation

Stayed here with family over a few nights. Beautiful views of the bay. Neighborhood and beach are quiet. The house was great and had everything we needed. Kids loved the low tied and sandbars that would appear. Only disclaimer is the steps down to the beach are very steep. Overall it was great to get away for a few days!

Great residential location with high elevation above surf & large deck providing great privacy & vie

Pros: - Great residential location providing privacy, excellent view of bay from deck & quite beach. - Nice large deck for watching bay or sun bathing. - Music can be played on deck at a reasonable volume without concern of disturbing neighbors. - Gentle waves on bay making beach safer for toddlers. - Wide surf at low tide with tide pools forming for young children to play in/explore. - Decent number of restaurants close by. - Nice screened in porch to watch sunrise or sunset when bugs are out. - Good floor plan. - Very good washer and dryer. Cons: - Upstairs master bedroom bathroom does not have a door. This isn't, but should by noted in listing. - Owner's expect you to water their 3 window flower boxes everyday, this isn't but should be noted in listing. - Garage (easiest path to house bring in luggage), laundry room & deck storage closet (where kayak paddles & life jackets are stored) are cluttered & need to be organized to make it easy for renters to move around. - Stairs down to beach are too narrow (about 2 feet wide) & railing is too high (at armpit level), making it difficult & somewhat unsafe to descend/ascend); particularly if you are carrying items with you. Parents will need to carry very young children down/up as it is unsafe for them to maneuver stairs on their own.
