We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. Dave, the manager, was so responsive and helpful. I've given it 5b stars, but thought I'd share some things that are helpful to know.1. Kitchen is functional, but if you are planning to do a lot of cooking just know things like cheese graters, whisks and other tools aren't there so you can plan to bring some along.2. I would describe the entrance as being on the side of the building, so that might help others to find it quicker than we did, lol.3. Laundry is in the basement outside, so if you can bring something to transport your laundry that would be helpful. 4. Parking out front in the metered spots works pretty well. Since it's the park mobile app, I would park there overnight and then if we didn't leave before 8 am I could just start the parking session from the apartment. 5. The bedrooms are really spacious, with a ton of space to unpack and store your things.Otherwise, I think that's about it!

Great apartment

Apartment was easy to find and everything we needed for our short stay in the area. Owner gives excellent instructions, information and great communication. Would stay there again!

Unit was nice and clean and the host was responsive. The building is older so entryway, lock and stairs as well as interior are a bit dated. Mattresses weren't great and the noise from the street is very audible from the front two bedrooms.

While we were disappointed that the apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived. Dave quickly made arrangements for us to have a clean place next door and thoughtfully compensated us for the inconvenience. The location was really convenient to all of the places we were visiting on our trip and very comfortable and welcoming. Thanks for a great trip!

We enjoyed having Sean and his family stay with us. After 2,000 successful cleanings, our cleaning crew missed one and it happened to be when Sean came to town. We quickly got him into another one of our places next door. He was completely understanding and kind, the type of guest that brings admirable human qualities to a tough situation. Thank you Sean!

Family Holiday Visit

Dave was a real pleasure to work with and his place was clean and well stocked. The location was good, shops and restaurants relatively close and an Acme grocery store a block away. The Bryn Mawr station is only a few blocks away. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks

Very convenient location

My kid had a two week program at Bryn Mawr College, so we stayed at Dave’s apartment. It was very clean and convenient. We loved the Roku, as we were able to continue watching using our own apps. It was a comfortable, spacious apartment in a great central location. It was our first time visiting Bryn Mawr/Haverford/Ardmore and we loved it. Thank you!

Spacious and conveniently located

David was a wonderful host. He was responsive to questions both before and during our stay. His place is large with three separate sizable bedrooms with plenty of closet space (one with a desk of someone needs to work) and a good sized family/living room area. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking several meals a day. Neither the kitchen nor bathroom were terribly modernized, but they were clean and definitely adequate for our purposes. The location is convenient for eight a walk or quick ride to many local college campuses or a stroll through downtown Bryn Mawr or to the train station to get to Philly. This is a second floor apartment so not accessible if you can’t do stairs. We would have liked a little better lighting on the street outside door the front door. Parking on street either metered or nearby retail lots free.
