Enjoy your stay in Carpinteria and live on Vacation! Walk or bike to downtown Linden Avenue shopping and restaurants and continue to the World's Safest Beach. Close to coffee shops for a coffee run and take a walk through Salt Marsh Nature Park. This is a newly renovated upstairs 2 bedroom 1 bath flat that provides off street parking and a full kitchen. The living room is all set to watch the game on the streaming flatscreen TV and has laundry in the unit. Heating & A/C. Pet Friendly!! Large parties can also book the adjacent unit, Ocean Breeze.

Great place, nicely furnished, close to everything. Comfortable beds and even has beach chairs and an umbrella which was super nice. Highly recommend.

Very clean and great location

My family and I enjoyed staying here. It had all the immenities necessary for a nice visit. Just a quick minute drive to the beach and downtown. The rental was very clean and looked like new. We will be staying here again I'm sure.

Perfect base for activities

The home is very comfortable and in a great location with easy access to a lovely main streeet and short drives to a variety of activites. I would stay again when back in the area. Emily was communicative and I would recommend others to stay at her home!

Cute condo, Great location!

My husband and I had an extended stay at this cute condo! It was clean, new and well stocked for our time there. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and there is a grill outside that we also enjoyed. The location was great!! We could walk everywhere in town and it was a quick 10-15 min walk to the beach! We loved that we could bring our dog he also had a great stay. We will definitely stay here again for future trips to the area.

Fantastic place

This place was perfect for our family and pup. We enjoyed playing games and walking the neighborhood. Several nice coffee shops and the bagel place around the corner was yummy. The house was clean and comfortable the beds so nice the food plenty big and the kitchen nicely stocked for the several meals we cooked in. Thanks so much for making this place so inviting. Definitely would stay again.

The apt was nice, well stocked kitchen. The stairs was a little problem for our senior guests that came by for dinner.Great to be able to bring our 2 dogs. They enjoyed their walks to bleach. Cute little beach town. Convenient.

There is so much to like about this apartment. It is clean, well-furnished, in a great area, and the beds are very comfortable. My only major complaint would be that one small air conditioning unit in the living room is not what I would consider an air-conditioned apartment. Neither bedroom has air conditioning and the ceiling fans just blow around the hot air. If you are someone who needs a cool room to sleep, this will be uncomfortable for you. I appreciate being able to bring my dog, however, a motion light above the turf patio area outside would be very helpful at night. Not only for the pets, but also to see your way back up the many stairs up to the apartment. A stronger hose with a spray nozzle would have been helpful in cleaning the sand from the beach off of my dog and my child. Property manager was helpful and always replied.

Carpentaria Magic

The property is immaculate! Emily has thought of everything from extra towels (beach & bath) to utensils to soaps. The 2-bedroom unit is very well stocked with cooking pots/pans, oven, stove top and microwave. All appliances worked flawlessly and there was plenty of hot water. There were four people in my family (with dogs) and everyone had plenty of room. Beds were great and quite comfortable. Ample parking was available at the back of the unit. We stayed in the upstairs unit which appeared to have been recently tiled and painted. Neighborhood was quiet and only a few blocks from a nice shopping area on Linden Ave. Also, quick access to the 101 freeway a few blocks away. Highly recommend this property! Will stay there again if we are back in the area.
