Enjoy your stay in Carpinteria and live on Vacation! Walk or bike to downtown Linden Avenue shopping and restaurants and continue to the World's Safest Beach. Close to coffee shops for a coffee run and take a walk through Salt Marsh Nature Park. This is a newly renovated downstairs 2 bedroom 1 bath condo that provides off street parking and a full kitchen. The living room is all set to watch the game on the streaming flatscreen TV and has laundry in the unit. Heating & A/C. Pet Friendly!! Large parties can also book the adjacent unit, Mountain View.

Family reunion

We stayed here for a family reunion in Carp. It was a great place. Very clean and quiet place to escape from the family reunion craziness. Great place to stay and easy to get to.

Excellent home base for Thanksgiving weekend visit

Very clean, well furnished, and comfortable apartment for holiday weekend visit to family right near downtown Carp. Very accommodating of our pet dog as well with great, cordoned off outdoor area. Other than slightly noisy (late night activities/left barking dogs in apartment) neighbors upstairs, it was great location that I'd highly recommend!

Exactly what we needed

Thank you for letting us stay at your home away from home. It literally had everything we needed and was a very short walk from coffee shops, restaurants, and retail shops. Very clean, tidy, and was perfect for our stay.

Everything you need

It’s a very comfortable, clean and well located unit. Easy walking to town and convenient parking for our car. The place has ample space to spread out, work and relax. The property manager was very responsive to the couple of issues we had ensuring a wonderful stay.

Just love everything

I just love the location closer to the beach , shops, restaurants. Love the parking, right outside the door, a little play yard for the dogs, awesome communication with host, home was beautiful. Me and my siblings traveled from Austin Texas for our baby brothers first football game for the season and we do this every beginning of every school year, we always stay in Carpinteria as we just love it here. Highly recommend this host and place.

Great Getaway

Overall excellent experience. Clean accommodation, lovely proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach. Nice to have parking right outside the door. Only minor downfall was not enough toilet paper or dishwasher pods knowing we had four guests for a 9 day stay. It's not something on vacation I want to run right out and purchase.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. Tastefully decorated with new appliances to enjoy. Would be nice to provide directions to the driveway and location of residence at the back of building and whether unit A or B. Another suggestion is to provide heaters for the bedroom as the house was chilly. Received quick responses to concerns. Great location to the downtown area and beach.

Clean, quiet and pet friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze. It was very clean and inviting. It was an easy walk to the beach and downtown. We loved how the owners thought of all the details for a nice stay. We barbequed and hung out in the secluded back patio. It is hard to find a nice place that allows us to take our dog. This place was perfect. We would love to come back and stay here. Thank you.

Christmas in Carp

This was a wonderful little apartment. I would definitely stay here again, but would request the apartment upstairs. The apartment is close to all the shopping and an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was modestly stocked but has everything you may need. Super clean and easy to communicate with the hosts. Small outside area provided if you are traveling with a dog. During the bulk of my stay there were no tenants upstairs. This was fabulous! However, as soon as another guests checked in, you could hear every movement from them. I would highly recommend some thick carpets or rugs upstairs to muffle the sounds.

Ocean Breeze is just the place for me!

Ocean Breeze was an excellent stay! We loved the location, walking distance from the beach and downtown Carpinteria at the same time it seemed a little less congested than properties right near the ocean. We also liked that it was close to the freeway to venture up to Santa Barbra or Ventura. At the same time, we could barely hear the freeway from the Condo. The community was also very dog friendly for dog walks. Ocean Breeze was very comfortable with all the new amenities. We loved the two sinks in the bathroom area and the new linens. The host was very available and accommodating to assist with making it a great stay. We can’t wait to come back to Carpinteria and stay at Ocean Breeze again!

Peace & Convenience

Host was super responsive to questions and supplied the property with our every need in mind. As if she had stayed in it herself as a test.The location seemed strange at first, being in back of a house, but proved to be perfect for us. It was private, away from the street noise and foot traffic. But, it was just a few blocks from an excellent variety of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, a wonderful bakery and the seashore. Finally, we were grateful to have our two cats with us, rather than put them in a kennel. They quickly adapted to their temporary home and seemed right at home. We highly recommend Ocean Breeze and would definitely stay here again, if in the area.
