Fantastique, 3 chambres Ă  coucher, 2 salles de bain, maison de ville spacieuse et indĂ©pendante avec grand jardin et jacuzzi privĂ©. Le stationnement est dans la rue dans un abri voiture, cette maison de ville est parfait pour une famille. La maison a une cheminĂ©e dans le salon et se trouve Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied de la plage et du centre-ville de Carpinteria (2 petits pĂątĂ©s de maisons). Vous ĂȘtes proche du parc Tomol et du Linden Field. Grands restaurants et brasseries sont Ă  proximitĂ©.

Loved the quiet neighborhood so close to beach and downtown shops and restaurants. Everything was in walking distance, and you could hear the crashing waves while sleeping. Would definitely stay again.

Property was perfect walking distance to the beach. House was clean and checking in was easy. Property kept stocked well with supplies. We would definitely stay there again it's a nice quite area but perfect walking distance to the beach and downtown.

Amazing, walkable stay!

Love this property and its proximity to everything nearby! It’s a good family spot to retreat to after fun days at the beach or cruising around Carp.

Location! Location! Location!

The location could not have been any better. Two long blocks to beach and downtown. So amazing! My husband had recent knee surgery and still made it! The bedrooms are cozy, but comfortable. The living room and kitchen had plenty of room and were well stocked. Everything you could need (except coffee filters and pepper, lol). We all enjoyed our stay!

Best place on earth

We love Carp so very much and spend time there every summer. This townhouse was perfect for our family of 5 - plenty of large rooms to spread out and two bathrooms. We loved being able to just walk everywhere and the hot tub was a nice treat after the beach.

Location, location, location

Perfect location, could walk everywhere, felt very safe, and took the Amtrak to Santa Barbara which was also very convenient. The property is not fancy but very functional. It met all our needs.

Cozy home for wintertime

The house was perfect for our long stay. We enjoyed every day. Five minutes walk to the beach. Property manager was friendly and very helpful. We‘re looking forward to be there next wintertime.

Great spot for two families

Right between the (walkable) park and the beach, perfect for kiddos-- we had two couples and their kids and we fit great with enough space to be separate for bedtime, but give the adults a chance to hang downstairs after kids went to bed. Front yard is fenced in for play!

A return to Carp

We lived in Carp for years. Love the little community and this house is the perfect location, has everything you think you need and couple lovely additions (outdoor shower, hot tub, comfy couch). Support was great. Def would stay again.

Great spot in a great town

It was our first time in Carpenteria and this was the perfect spot for us to take it in. The place has definite beach house vibes and was great for my wife, our infant son and my in-laws. Great location and everything you need for a good getaway. It is not a fancy spot, but it is not supposed to be, it is a beach house. We will definitely be back.

Great rental.

5 of us enjoyed this property for a week. We were very impressed with everything. We especially loved the kid touches. Crayons and coloring books, pack and play, sand toys. Very accurate description and will book again when visiting fany next.

Our family came to Carpinteria for the Avocado festival. We loved the location of the home. It is within walking distance to town and all events. The primary issue we had was with there being no window coverings for the downstairs bathroom, including the laundry room. (The shower was in the laundry room and not the same room as the restroom.) There's also a hole in upper cabinet (roof) in the downstairs bathroom. The setup for second/third bedroom is a little odd. Even though the details do let you know you will be walking through the second bedroom to get to the third bedroom, we weren't prepared for the lack of privacy between the two rooms. Other than that, we had a great time!

The Carpinteria house met all our needs.

Very pleasent stay, although the water pressure was too low to use both showers at once and pressure in upstairs shower dropped to nothing if the washer was used. But overall, great place, great location, very clean and will certainly check here first if we are in the area again.

Great location, nice house.

Everything you need, downstairs space is nice. It's the front house of 3 units with parking in front and behind the house. Only thing to note is that 1 bedroom (queen) can only be accessed through another (2 twins). Master bedroom is great.

Nice stay

Great location. Everything we needed. You have to walk through the 3rd bedroom to get to the second. Downstairs full bath is technically a half bath because shower is in the laundry room and not really usable, no closing door and no curtain on outside door for privacy.

Great location, close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. Few fact that were unclear before we booked: It is a three bedroom but with one master, one bedroom with two twin beds that you have to pass through to get to the other bedroom with a full size bed (very sunny). One bathroom upstairs and one down , upstairs has bathtub and downstairs has shower. This is a great place for a family, great yard out front and a nice front patio with table & chairs. Few other bonus features is a hidden small private hot tub outside and covered parking. Two cons - close to railroad/train stop which is quite busy and the internet was not working.

Short walk to beach or downtown

Some may say dated but we think it has charm. We had everything we needed. Even when there was an issue with heater the manager was quickly responsive and got someone to provide fix quickly. Plenty of space for us to spread out, neighbors were friendly and you’re just minutes away from beautiful sunsets or downtown. Loved it.
