Fantastique, 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain, maison de ville spacieuse et indépendante avec grand jardin et jacuzzi privé. Le stationnement est dans la rue dans un abri voiture, cette maison de ville est parfait pour une famille. La maison a une cheminée dans le salon et se trouve à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et du centre-ville de Carpinteria (2 petits pâtés de maisons). Vous êtes proche du parc Tomol et du Linden Field. Grands restaurants et brasseries sont à proximité.

Amazing, walkable stay!

Love this property and its proximity to everything nearby! It’s a good family spot to retreat to after fun days at the beach or cruising around Carp.

Best place on earth

We love Carp so very much and spend time there every summer. This townhouse was perfect for our family of 5 - plenty of large rooms to spread out and two bathrooms. We loved being able to just walk everywhere and the hot tub was a nice treat after the beach.

Location, location, location

Perfect location, could walk everywhere, felt very safe, and took the Amtrak to Santa Barbara which was also very convenient. The property is not fancy but very functional. It met all our needs.

Cozy home for wintertime

The house was perfect for our long stay. We enjoyed every day. Five minutes walk to the beach. Property manager was friendly and very helpful. We‘re looking forward to be there next wintertime.

A return to Carp

We lived in Carp for years. Love the little community and this house is the perfect location, has everything you think you need and couple lovely additions (outdoor shower, hot tub, comfy couch). Support was great. Def would stay again.

Great rental.

5 of us enjoyed this property for a week. We were very impressed with everything. We especially loved the kid touches. Crayons and coloring books, pack and play, sand toys. Very accurate description and will book again when visiting fany next.

Great spot for two families

Right between the (walkable) park and the beach, perfect for kiddos-- we had two couples and their kids and we fit great with enough space to be separate for bedtime, but give the adults a chance to hang downstairs after kids went to bed. Front yard is fenced in for play!

Great spot in a great town

It was our first time in Carpenteria and this was the perfect spot for us to take it in. The place has definite beach house vibes and was great for my wife, our infant son and my in-laws. Great location and everything you need for a good getaway. It is not a fancy spot, but it is not supposed to be, it is a beach house. We will definitely be back.

The Carpinteria house met all our needs.

Very pleasent stay, although the water pressure was too low to use both showers at once and pressure in upstairs shower dropped to nothing if the washer was used. But overall, great place, great location, very clean and will certainly check here first if we are in the area again.

Great location, nice house.

Everything you need, downstairs space is nice. It's the front house of 3 units with parking in front and behind the house. Only thing to note is that 1 bedroom (queen) can only be accessed through another (2 twins). Master bedroom is great.

Nice stay

Great location. Everything we needed. You have to walk through the 3rd bedroom to get to the second. Downstairs full bath is technically a half bath because shower is in the laundry room and not really usable, no closing door and no curtain on outside door for privacy.

Short walk to beach or downtown

Some may say dated but we think it has charm. We had everything we needed. Even when there was an issue with heater the manager was quickly responsive and got someone to provide fix quickly. Plenty of space for us to spread out, neighbors were friendly and you’re just minutes away from beautiful sunsets or downtown. Loved it.

Charming beach house

A really lovely beach house with plenty of room for our family of 5. Nicely decorated and well equipped — the house exceeded our expectations. A very short walk to the beach and town centre. We’d happily stay again!

Carp Beach House

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. The last time was about 8 years ago. The location is great. Everything is within walking distance. The home is perfect for a family or group of friends!

Great location, a little small for family of 6

We had a great time & the location is perfect but the house was a little small for our group of 3 adults & 3 kids under 12. We knew there was one less bed than we needed so we brought an air mattress. Master BR is good, but the 2nd bedroom is very small with a full-size bed. You can't fit much else in the room beyond the nightstand & would be very tight for 2 people. You have to walk thru the 3rd bedroom to get to it. Not ideal, but not terrible. 2 of the small windows in that room have no shades so it is very bright in the morning (bring an eye mask!). The two twin bedframes in the 3rd bedroom are noisy & need to be replaced. One full bathroom with tub/shower upstairs is shared by all bedrooms, half bathroom downstairs. 2nd shower is not in the bathroom, it is in the laundry room right off the kitchen. We never used it. You'd have no privacy. Hot tub was nice after the beach. Beach towels provided but not much else. Would have been nice to have access to chairs & umbrellas. Carpet looks dirty, esp. on the stairs. A portable fan would be nice as it got kind of stuffy upstairs. Kitchen was fine & it had the basics. Short walk to the beach & to town. We love walking for ice cream every night. The photos & listing are pretty accurate but you might want to clarify that you have to walk thru one bedroom to get to the other. Rebecca the host was great. Check-in & out was easy. The fridge was leaking water and she responded quickly & got a handy man to fix it. We love the town & the beach and had a great stay.

Great I especially appreciated the how clean and comfy the beach house was. The location was good - a couple of blocks to the beach and town, I think the details need to clerly state that there is no ensuite.

Great Family Spot

This neighborhood setting, close to the beach is great for family. Kitchen is a little tight but open dining and living room is fantastic. 2 bathrooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. The downstairs shower is outside bathroom in laundry room which is odd but great for post hot tub or beach. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 1 of which you access by walking through another. Didn't bother us, but to some might be an issue. Would stay again

Graduation weekend

The location of the property was great, walking distance to the beach. Other than that it was very disappointing. At first glance the house was cute, however as I walked through I realized the floors were dirty as was the sofa, Cobb webs up the stairs. No big deal I cleaned it, but the next day we came back to the house with an infestation of black ants in the room my daughters were staying in. Their suitcases the bed they were everywhere. So they spent the rest of our time their sleeping on the couch downstairs. It was very disappointing.

Quaint Neighborhood

Enjoyed my stay with family for a wedding. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would stay again if I was ever in California again.
