Escape to the tranquil beauty of northern Minnesota with a stay at our charming lakefront cabin in Pequot Lakes, nestled within the picturesque Brainerd Lakes area. This delightful 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath retreat offers a serene environment perfect for rejuvenation and adventure.

Our spacious cabin comfortably sleeps 9 guests with 4 cozy bedrooms, including two king beds, one queen bed, one full bed (bottom bunk) and a twin bed (top bunk).

Spread over two levels and boasting 1400 square feet of living space, the cabin is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Guests can enjoy access to our bicycles and kayaks, or have fun off our private dock with our swim mat.

Positioned directly on the serene shores of Sibley Lake, the cabin features a private dock and 100 feet of riprap shoreline. Guests can head out on the lake with the two kayaks provided or paddle along Mayo Creek for a peaceful adventure. A public boat launch is just minutes away, and for an even more leisurely ride, you can rent our pontoon to cruise the lake and take in all the scenery and wildlife.

While the setting offers a secluded feel amidst the pine trees, the cabin is also conveniently located within walking distance to the charming downtown area of Pequot Lakes with grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, and more. We’re only a half mile to the Paul Bunyan State Trail for biking, snowmobiling, or walking.

By booking this property you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the House "Rules and Policies" listed here. Additional charges will be incurred if House Rules are broken, including immediate cancellation with no refund. All guests are expected to read & be willing to honor the listed House Rules.

PETS
-Dog(s) must be pre-approved, and pet fee(s) paid in advance.
-Guests are required to clean up waste in the yard after pets.
-Pets are not to be left unattended outdoors.
-Pets must be crated if left in the cabin unattended.
-Furniture must be covered or pets kept off. Bring your own sheets or blankets.
-No chewers or scratchers allowed.
-Pets must be fully housebroken.
-No pets allowed on upholstery on pontoon (if renting).
-Respect our neighbors, you must leash dog(s) at all times.
-No cats allowed.
-Undisclosed pets will incur a $250 fee, immediate cancellation, no refunds.

MISC.
-NO SMOKING of any kind including vaping. Violation will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refunds and/ or forfeiture of your security deposit.
-No gatherings/parties are allowed.
-All visitors to the property must be registered whether visiting or staying to ensure both parties are fully covered. Our maximum is 9 people, including infants. We do not accept toddlers; our cabin is not toddler proof. Only booked guests can be at the home at any time without pre-approval. Please update your reservation accordingly.
-$500.00 Security Deposit hold on credit card required.
-Age 25 and up to book, government issued photo ID required.
-Guests are required to sign our Rental Agreement.
-Guests and visitors use amenities at their own risk and assume all responsibility for safety.
-Our bunk bed has a weight limit of 275 pounds on the lower bunk (full sized), and 165 pounds for the upper bunk, (twin).
-We have one motion activated security camera at the front of the cabin facing the front yard and street recording audio and video.
-Guests are not permitted access the locked owners closet.
-$75 mandatory late check out fee incurred every half hour without pre-approval. We have to allow time for proper cleaning between guests.
-No refunds for early departure for any reason. Travel Insurance is recommended.
-No ice maker available, bring your own ice.
-Bring your own beach towels.
-No indoor candles allowed.
-No fireworks allowed.
-No confetti, glitter, silly string, allowed anywhere on the property.
-Parking only in designated area next to street and behind the designated posts and rope area. No parking on the street allowed in front of our property or the neighbor's.

-Inquire about availability and details to rent our on-site 2018 Sylvan Mirage Pontoon available Mid-May to Mid-October at very competitive rates to local rentals. Experienced boaters only, security deposit and separate rental agreement required. *Cabin rental cancellation policy still applies if pontoon becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues.*
-Firewood is available for purchase during off-peak season - free of charge May through September only - please inquire for details.
-5 Adult bikes for your use. Rentals available nearby.
-Life jackets available for your use in various sizes - bring your own if you require special sizing or for children's specific needs.
-2 Kayaks available for use.
-Large “lily pad” swim mat available for use.
-Washer and dryer are compact in size with limited capacity.
-We provide a "starter pack" of hand soap, dish detergent, paper products and trash bags. Additional supplies to be supplied by guest.
-We do not provide toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap), please bring your own.
-Natural terrain, rugged, uneven steps take you to the water's edge with no hand railing. Those with mobile disabilities may not be able to access.
-The yard on the lake side of the cabin is sloped down to the lake, with natural terrain steps and no hand railing - the street side property is slightly sloped.
