Great property. Well stocked. Hot tub overlooking the lake was awesome and you can just walk to dinner and cocktails.

Great Location

Awesome location my wife and I also rented a boat slip from the marina beautiful views from the patio and entertainment just steps away. It is just a one bedroom, but does have a pull out couch.

Great place to stay

Property was just as described. Conveniently located inside Breezy point resort. Brian are host always quick to answer question. Great get away for my wife and I. We definitely enjoyed are time and will be back.

Great location, we had a great time!

We had a great time. This was a very nice cabin and had everything we needed. You do not need to bring a thing! Great location to the beach and great deck to enjoy the evening. Also close to the dockside restaurant to walk and listen to the evening entertainment.

Great slice of heaven!

Great location, we utilized the outdoor seating and fire pit! It was lovely to hear the music from our very patio. Wished we had a week! Next time :) beautiful decor and lovely interior. Nice and clean as well. We will highly recommend to friends.

Bedding changes need an upgrade. The sheets were stained and upon pulling the sheets at the end of our stay we found lots of human hair, dirt, sand and lint. Gross to think what you’d been sleeping on. When they change sheets I would expect that to be changed and laundered as well as the comforter and blankets too. The bathtub drain plug was set aside and when showering it filled as it was clogged. The toilet would constantly run if we didn’t jiggle the handle. The water wasn’t drinkable as it had sand in it. We bought bottled water instead. A bit of a smell to it so I’m assuming a shock to the well could fix it. Not sure how sanders in it but there was so much in the tub, sink, hot tub and the small pool we filled. We notified the owners and he thanks us for letting him know. No apologies given.

Cute, little cabin

Just a couple hiccups at the beginning where the water heater breaker was blown so no hot water the first night to take a shower. Host let us know where that was. Maybe need a check-in/out list so visitors don’t need to ask what needs to be done. Thankfully we didn’t need the A/C in the living room because it wasn’t working properly. Overall, the cabin suited our family of four and was very tidy and clean. Would definitely recommend this to a small family or couple to visit.

The cabin was very clean and ready for us. The patio and chairs were great, with a view of the beach and the lake. With the main resort so near, there was food and entertainment available. There were also a lot of people and vehicles coming and going, which was fine. Everything worked in the cabin and it was very charming. A couple observations - the grass at the bottom of the back steps is slightly depressed (or washed out), resulting in a somewhat awkward drop while carrying things out. It would be nice to have washcloths for the shower. The bedroom light had some dust and a cobweb. Overall, we loved the cabin and location. The firepit and patio were just perfect. It would be interesting to know the history of the cabin. While it does not appear possible, having steps down the front would be a good addition. We thank you for making a great memory.

Wow is all I can say!! What a beautiful property inside and out. It was perfect for my family of 3 and 2 small dogs. Couldn’t have been happier with the check in process and how well stocked the cabin was. Definitely recommend and will be back!

This cabin was beautiful. But it is a 1 bedroom and is marketed as a 2 on here. Run through a different property management company that when you walk in it says 1 bedroom on marketing material. Some appliances were also dated and not functioning safely, the kureig in particular. We were comparing this to a 3 bedroom option when booking, and I even said something about it and was not acknowledged. Otherwise this cabin is fabulous. Just know it's a small 1 bedroom 1 bath, not what is listed.
