Idéal Landing vous accueille avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Kimble de tous les coins de cette propriété, à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Un plan d'étage ouvert au niveau principal avec cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger et salon ouvert sur une grande terrasse au bord du lac avec salle à manger supplémentaire et espace de divertissement décontracté. Le foyer au bois en pierre de deux étages offre une véritable sensation Up North.

Un loft à l'étage surdimensionné offre une vue plus panoramique, un lit king-size, un coin lecture et de nombreux rangements. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez une 2e salle de bain, une chambre avec lits superposés, une buanderie complète, une 3e chambre et une grande pièce avec foyer au gaz. C'est le lieu de rencontre idéal pour des soirées cinéma ou une escapade pour les enfants.

Au bord du lac, vous trouverez 200 ’de rivage impeccablement entretenu avec une élévation de niveau. Le lac Kimble est un lac d'une propreté spectaculaire alimenté par des sources, mais il y a des plantes aquatiques naturelles le long de la rive qui sont protégées par le MRN. Une plage de sable de 30 pieds de large a été aménagée ce printemps, ce qui est idéal pour les enfants à jouer ou simplement se détendre au bord de l'eau. Jouets de plage, chaises, planches à pagaie, canoë, hamacs, nombreux jeux de jardin et autres activités nautiques seront tous disponibles pour votre plaisir. Et n'oubliez pas que le foyer au bord du lac avec beaucoup de bois coupé n'est qu'à quelques pas de l'eau au cas où vous voudriez vous baigner le soir.

Les attractions locales incluent Old Milwaukee Club et Norway Ridge Supper Club à quelques minutes avec une rampe de mise à l'eau publique, Whtiefish Golf Club et Ideal Green Market Coop. Great location and property. Lake had good fishing and swimming. Cabin was very clean and plenty of room. Property owner was quick to respond to any questions or issues.

Beautiful getaway on the lake

Our entire group had a wonderful time. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed our time relaxing on the deck and on the beach. The house was amazing and clean. Kimble Lake is very peaceful lake. We will definitely book another stay here in the future.

Great Lake property in Nisswa

We stayed for a week here with our 3 young kids. Perfect lake for a family. The property was also perfect with plenty of sleeping room for all of us plus more. We even rented the pontoon from the hosts which was a really good condition pontoon - better than any rental pontoon we have had. We will definitely be back. Love this lake and the property.

An amazing week!

The cabin was perfect for our summer family vacation. The cabin is stocked with everything you need and all the fun lake toys to enjoy time outside. My little girls loved the beach and water table. The property owner was very responsive and very nice! We will definitely consider rebooking!

Great Family Lake House

We had 6 adults and 3 kiddos stay for a week, and we absolutely loved it. We would definitely stay again! The house was clean, and stocked with everything we needed inside (kids games, puzzles) and outside (paddle boat, paddle boards, beach toys). Jesse was a great house host, and very responsive to messages if questions arose.

Great stay!

Had a great trip here! The house was one of the easiest to stay in that I’ve ever rented (had everything we needed from a pack and play to all the kitchen amenities to outdoor toys). The location is fantastic- 10-20 minutes to food, shopping, parks, groceries, etc. the house was clean and well kept. We definitely plan to stay again. Thanks!

Amazing!!!

This place was amazing. We came on a very cold weekend so we weren’t able to get outside but everything else was perfect. There was also no trash bin outside which sucked because on Christmas we accumulate a lot of trash.

Great variety of toys!

We had a girls' weekend with my four sisters and mom and had a lot of fun. It was nice to have all the watercraft options to explore the beautiful, quiet lake. Although we loved our stay, it wasn't the best for a bunch of women trying to get ready at the same time. It would have been nice to have more mirrors and more seating in the common spaces, but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the other positive aspects of the property. The property owner was helpful and responsive on anything we needed and was close by in case something needed in-person attention, which was comforting. Overall, it is a great place specifically for a family with kids. But we girls still had fun!

Perfect Family Accomodations!

This home was exactly what I was looking for when attempting to reserve something that would accommodate two families (three kids in total) and grandparents. The sleeping arrangements made it easy to put the kids to bed as the adults had some "chill time" and the dining space made it easy for group dinners and family games. What was even more spectacular was the outdoor space. The lake is nice and quiet, allowing for lots of beach time and dock fishing for the kiddos. The green space made it easy for all sorts of games, fires, and fun! Additionally, the home felt very private as the wooded areas made it seem as though we were on a lake all our own! This property is not one to miss! In fact, I am already lining up a week's stay next summer! Thanks Jesse!

Perfect lakeside getaway

This was our second time staying at this beautiful lake cabin and we can’t wait to go back. The cabin is clean and well equipped with everything you could need for a week at the lake. We stayed with our two boys and two other adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Our kids loved the bunk beds and board games in the house and the little beach area right off the yard, where the water is nice and shallow enough for little kids to play. My husband had great luck fishing off the dock and we all enjoyed the pontoon and the various other water toys. The cabin is close to the restaurants and other amenities in Cross Lake but feels very quiet and secluded and we saw lots of wildlife around the cabin. Jesse was a great and responsive host. I would highly recommend this cabin if you are staying in the area!

Lake House Bliss

We loved our stay on Kimball Lake; we spent a lot of time on the shoreline with my grandchildren enjoying the sand and water. We adults took excursions out on the paddle boards, kayak and canoe. We even had a pirate birthday party with our five year old manning the flotilla from stern of the canoe. Plenty of life jackets in stock. The house is very comfortable, well stocked with everything one needs. The view of the lake is gorgeous and the sound of the loon so soothing. We watched a bald eagle fishing a lot in the center of the lake. We will be back!

Beautiful home right off the lake

It was a beautiful home right off a great, quite, clean lake. It was nice to have your own beach area that was mostly private from the neighbors. The only thing we noticed was there was a lot of dog hair on the carpet in the main living room and the couches seemed dirty/had stains all over them. We also didn’t realize until we got there that using the pontoon was extra money. I’m sure it was in the description somewhere and we just missed it when booking. Overall a very beautiful house, would for sure stay here again.

Exceptional Northern MN Lakefront Vacation Home

The property owner is highly responsive to all inquiries. Exceptional customer service. My son and I suffer from allergies to pet dander and have stayed in VRBO rentals in which we are practically ill near the end of the week due to unseen dog and/or cat dander. This home is free of both. So happy not be congested and coughing! It is VERY CLEAN. The lake view from the house is spectacular. The kitchen is well stocked. Great layout of home. Very peaceful. Tucked in a beautiful wooded area. Beautiful shoreline and a beach for the kids!!! Wonderful, clean lake great for boating, tubing, fishing, and jet skiing. This is the best VRBO we've ever stayed in by far! "Dockside Rentals" out of Nisswa is great for working with if looking for watercraft rental. We rented a jet ski from and had a great experience.

First day had A few problems, but we fix them.

Jesse got back to us every time we had a problem. The lower bedroom fan was rattling really loud on the ceiling we had to fix that couldn’t find enough towels and they were in the dryer never got taken out to put into each of the bathrooms. Downstairs bedroom in the bed with a red toenail, the sheets have not been changed! Everything else was good enjoyed down by the lake

This property is a slice of peace. Amazingly quiet (except for the loons which greeted us each day), beautifully landscaped, quite comfortable. Lovely small lake, good amenities.

Amazing property

Wonderful home and property! We were intrigued by this home because of the beach area for our small children. It was just what we were hoping for! Plus, the owners were generous enough to let us use many sand and water toys which was a bonus to not have to haul! Being able to rent their pontoon on site is also a plus! Two fire pits and also great movie/book collections for rainy days. Very clean which was important to us as well! Smaller lake which was nice and quiet - a change from some other lake places. We enjoyed many loon sighting and sounds! Thanks for the stay!

Family time!

We wanted to take some time to be together as a family before our oldest son goes off to college in the fall. We had a great time on the pontoon, kayak, canoe and paddle boards. We also enjoyed time around the campfire and watching movies together at night. The house and property were exactly what we were looking for! Thank you!!!

The Brekke's currently live in St. Louis Park, MN with our three young children and yellow lab. Jesse grew up in Eden Prairie and attended Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter. I work in sales and enjoy hanging out with the family, basketball, golf and am a die-hard Vikings fan. Debbie grew up near Sioux Falls, SD and attended the University of Minnesota. She is also in sales and enjoys her family time, cooking and decorating.

Our kids are all under six years old and love being outside and pontoon rides.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My wife and I have been enjoying trips to Kimble Lake with friends for over 20 years and had the opportunity to buy this amazing property on the lake we love. Kimble Lake is a perfect size lake for recreational boating, fishing, paddle boarding, beach time, loon observing and just about anything else you can expect from an Up North lake. The community on Kimble Lake is very close, warm and welcoming and take great pride in keeping Kimble clean and beautiful.

Kimble Lake is spring fed and part of the Ossawinnamakee Chain of Lakes. You will see two sets of loons on the lake throughout the spring and summer...please be sure to respect their privacy as they raise their young chicks and keep your distance from them.

Ideal Landing, like many of the homes and cabins on Kimble Lake, sits on a bluff which provides stunning views of the lake from every room in the home. The slight elevation creates a birds eye view of the water allowing you to see everything that is going on down at the beach and on the water. It's truly amazing every time you walk in.
