Escape to our romantic Ocean Beach studio—just 2 mins from the sand! This private beachfront retreat sleeps 2 and is perfect for couples or solo travelers. Enjoy stunning sunsets, vibrant nightlife, top-rated restaurants, and nearby San Diego attractions like SeaWorld and Balboa Park. This modern studio offers free street parking, cozy comfort, and walkable access to beach fun, making it ideal for getaways, surf trips, or city breaks.

As can be seen from the photos there is a very well equipped kitchenette that offers amenities as if you are in your own home.

Please be aware that this studio shares a wall with the connected house. We've implemented soundproofing measures, and we kindly request that you:

Consider fellow guests by maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.
Be mindful of activities during quiet hours, observed from 10 pm to 8 am.

No additional guests on the property at any time. Please look at another property if you are considering hosting guests during your stay.

No smoking in or anywhere around the property. $250 Smoking Fine in the property.
There is a mini split AC in the living room area. It does a good job of cooling the home. There is not a mini split in the bedrooms but we do make available small heaters that can be used by the guests.

In the studio we have both a window mounted AC unit and a wall mounted heater so always comfortable.

Parking is on the Street. In front of the house. You can park.

This is a lovely and quiet neighborhood with very low traffic, a great place to be relaxed but close to the city to venture out.
