Nouvellement décoré! Séjournez dans l’une des plus charmantes communautés balnéaires de San Diego. OB se trouve à quelques minutes de marche de Newport Avenue, où vous trouverez d'incroyables cafés, brasseries et restaurants, ainsi que l'une des plus belles plages de San Diego et la plus longue jetée en béton de la côte ouest. Ce chalet de studio spacieux est situé dans un quartier décontracté qui vous plonge dans la véritable ambiance OB.

Je suis très heureux de pouvoir vous proposer cette nouvelle liste! Sera redécoré bientôt! Absolument parfait pour le voyageur amusant et sortant qui veut pouvoir se promener et se promener partout! Plusieurs des studios du complexe ont été convertis en locations de vacances confortables, propres et confortables à proximité de la plage. Les chiens sont les bienvenus pour 25 $ la nuit par chien.

Cozy small apt perfect for a couple

The hosts were very easy to work with, quick with communication, their neighborhood recommendations were great, and the place was small (consistent with descriptions in profile) but perfect for my girlfriend and I when we visited San Diego. Had a great experience and recommend it to any other couple visiting.

Great location,easy walk to some of my favorite places

Needed a place to stay for a quick surf trip. Zen was clean easy to find and easy to check in to. More emphasis needs to be made about parking. Even though it's far from the beach it still suffers from " Beach parking" issues as it's street parking only. Great dogs for a single traveler and can be difficult to park close. Pro

Amazing break away!

Hubby and I had such a lovely visit to San Diego and loved this little studio apartment! Close to everything, amazing neighbourhood; the studio was super clean and had the little amenities (coffee!) you need. Highly recommended !

Great location. Walk to everything!

Property is located central to everything in Ocean Beach. Didn't even use our rental car for the 2 days that we were there. Walk to shopping, dining, beach time Check in was easy. Lots of natural light coming in. There is a lot of airport noise, which didn't bother me, but people should know. This was way better than a hotel room and less costly!

Cute little studio in main area of OB

Location was easy to find and the place was tidy. I would have liked more cooking utensils in the kitchen, there was very limited glassware as well and no sponge to do the dishes. Communication with the owner was easy and the place matched the pictures! Definitely a prime area for OB

New favorite!

This is our new favorite little cottage! Stayed in July and stayed again last week! It’s prefect for the two of us! And a short walk to ocean beach! The new ramen place across the street is amazing! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Great location-walking distance to everything

Was within walking distance of everything in OB but yet also was quiet and away from noise. The only downside for us was that our side of the building the windows didn't face the ocean so we did not get the direction of breeze and no way to get a cross breeze flowing. Small fans so they were not as helpful during the unusual heat wave during our stay. Other than that the unit was clean and comfortable and she was wonderful to work with. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time in San Diego (Ocean Beach) happen to be having a heat wave so a little warm, but we're from the South so dealt with it. Very clean, cute place. Thank you very much for a Fantabulous vacation!!

Definitely requires more than a day 😃

It was so cute and perfect for a couple or 1 person! I wished we stayed longer. It can get kinda warm during the summer. I wished I had seen the tower fan sooner. But that was kinda my fault for not looking enough. (Maybe a note on the check in sheet would be helpful. ) Parking can get tricky as street parking is only option, so plan accordingly. I will definitely stay again and book for more days next time.

Great place to stay

My husband and I stayed here for a week. The check in process was so easy. The place was comfortable. It is small but worked out great for 2 adults. Great location and grocery store, convenience stores are just steps away. It is close enough to the beach to walk in 10 minutes or less but far away enough so that you don't hear any of the beach's nightlife.

The perfect getaway!

My husband and I were looking to spend just a few fun days close to the beach in beautiful San Diego. This was the perfect place! Ocean Beach is an amazing part of San Diego and the cottage was the perfect location - walking distance from the beach, delicious restaurants, and fun bars/breweries. The cottage was clean and nicely decorated, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. It was the perfect getaway and we can't wait til we can do it again!

Cute cottage!

What an adorable place! The outside doesn’t do it justice! Once you open the door it was a beach cottage escape! It was so clean and the decor is amazing! The retro toaster and microwave were so cool! Never stayed in ocean beach but will definitely recommend and will stay again! But for longer next time! Very walkable to everything! About a mile or so to Target and the ocean. I guess if there has to be one bad thing it would be that the volume on the Roku remote is very touchy and seems to turn the volume up extremely loud while struggling to turn it down. But who goes to the ocean to watch tv!

Everything was great once we got in.. We were never told which unit at the address was ours. We happened to run into the maintenance person and he helped. Other than that, great stay!

I would stay again, but…

The property was close to the beach and very cute! It was decorated nicely and also clean. However, I recommend bringing an extra fan, because it gets very warm around 3-5 pm. Also, parking is a challenge, because the street sweeper comes by on some days. Overall, I would stay there again, but I would bring extra fans!

A cute and cozy studio, had a great time! Heads up that the skylight is very bright in the morning, and there's not a way to cover it. There were also a lot of loud planes overhead in the evening, but quieted down after 10 p.m.

The property is perfectly situated. The studio is super cozy, clean, and Zen. Grab a scooter or bike on the street and start exploring. Plenty of great restaurants and breweries for the foodie to explore all within minutes of walking out the door.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Close to everything and so easy and fun to get around and walk, run, or grab a scooter. My favorite grocery store, "The Peoples Market," is right across the street. Plenty of great restaurants and bars for the foodie to explore, all within minutes of each other.
