The Space:

Sit back relax and enjoy the view from Cielo's Del Mar 1! This spacious and luxurious modern 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom duplex home is the perfect place to enjoy your Florida Keys Vacation! Spend time outside by the pool soaking up the sun, playing games with friends and family and grilling up that fresh catch! This is the perfect home for a family or group getaway to The Florida Key's! Centrally located in Key Colony Beach with easy access to both the ocean and gulf makes it the ideal location for the avid angler or day boater. Each side of the duplex home has 3 bedroom's and 2.5 bathrooms, rent both sides for larger groups and enjoy the whole home!



The second floor has an open floor plan combining the spacious kitchen and Livingroom into one. The kitchen features premium stainless steel appliances, dining room table and large kitchen island along with everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal during your stay. The living room has a 55" Samsung smart T.V with all your favorite streaming services included. Sit back and enjoy the entertainment in the large, comfortable electronically reclining sofa couch. Lots of natural light is provided through the large glass's windows and doors which provide a view and access to the spacious balcony overlooking the back yard. Off in the corner is the second floor half bath for guest use.



Head upstairs to the third floor and youll find the 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and the guest laundry area. Bedroom one is the master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom, large closet and access to the large balcony. Bedroom 2 also has a large king bed and a balcony and shared bathroom with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with queen on bottom and full on top, the room also has its own private balcony.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to their private side of the duplex home, outdoor balconies and patio with pool, as well as 40' of dockage located directly behind the home. Guests also have access to the Key Colony Beach Cabana Club for the duration of their stay which offers a private white sand beach and heated pool and jacuzzi.



The Neighborhood:

Key Colony Beach is known for its relaxing, quiet, laid back atmosphere and white sand beaches. The Cabana club, Havana Jacks and the Key Colony Inn Restaurant as well as the Key Colony Marina are all within a short walking distance of Cielo's Del Mar and access/membership to The Cabana Club is INCLUDED with your reservation! There is a 9 hole par 3 golf course, pickle ball and shuffleboard courts for your use as well. Don't miss out on the sunset at Sunset Park!



Getting Around:

Getting around Key Colony Beach is easily done by walking, biking, or Golf cart if you choose to rent one at the property.



Other Things to Note:

Kayaks and bikes for your use are included with your stay.

40' of dockage is included with your stay.

Key Colony Beach Cabana Club is located 5 minutes away and access/membership is included with your stay.

Trailer parking is available via reservation with The City of Key Colony Beach ( ask your agent for more information ).

The speed limit in all of Key Colony Beach is 25 miles per hour. Do not speed, you will be ticketed.

Helmets are required when riding bikes if under 18.

Pet fee: $200 per pet, plus taxes and processing fees. Maximum of two pets per reservation.

Pool heating fee: $200 per week plus taxes and fees.

Please inform us upon confirmation of reservation if you will be bringing a pet or would like pool heat added by selecting the options on your rental agreement.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will have the entire home to themselves. A local vacation rental agent is available 24/7 to assist you during your stay should you need anything.
