NOTE: This is a Split-Level Home. There are no interior stair connections between the upper and lower levels; stairs are accessed externally.

The second level, or main level of this home offers the perfect blend of privacy, elegance, and comfort. Relax on the oversized sectional sofa and enjoy stunning water views through large windows that let in plenty of natural Florida sunshine. For entertainment, watch your favorite show or movie on the flat-screen HDTV. The gourmet kitchen, equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker, is perfect for creating family meals. Once dinner is ready, choose to dine at the spacious eight-person dining table or enjoy al fresco dining on the waterfront covered patio.
This level also features two spacious bedrooms, a bonus game room area for family gatherings, and an inviting dining area that seamlessly combines style and functionality. Designed for relaxation, luxury, and convenience, it's the ideal space to unwind and entertain.

This includes children and infants.
âąâąâą Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
âąâąâą If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
âąâąâą This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
âąâąâą Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

"The home is very large. Plenty of room for a large family. Very nice and clean. AC worked very well. Pool was great although summer time in the keys water was very hot. Nice dock. Commercial ice machine was a bonus. Overall very nice"
