Waterfront Condo with Private Boatslip - The Best of Beach and Bay!

Enjoy this waterfront condo complete with a private marina and its own deeded boat slip. This nautical condo is the best of both worlds with a boat slip on the channel leading to the bay, yet only a short, one block walk to the beach. Combine this condo with another on the third floor to accommodate up to 12 guests!

Imagine yourself on a sunny South Padre Island day, hopping in your boat, and heading out to the Laguna Madre Bay. Or taking a short walk to the beach to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf. This condo can make it happen! You can also head north for an afternoon of kite boarding on the North Flats.

If relaxation is your goal, you can swim in the beautiful infinity edge heated pool, relax in the jacuzzi, or sunbathe on the sundeck, all overlooking the marina. Located adjacent to the pool is a covered cabana area with picnic tables, an outside shower, and restrooms. To make it complete, you have a private balcony that is perfect for watching the fireworks or our famous South Padre Island sunsets.

The large open kitchen and plenty of dining space make mealtime easy. The kitchen features a huge island and is fully-equipped with all the cooking implements needed to prepare gourmet tropical meals. Wireless internet, a washer/dryer, TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, and reserved parking add convenience. If watersports are your forte, the added advantage of a private boat slip that can accommodate up to a 20-foot boat makes this the perfect location for a stress-free South Padre Island Getaway!

Where we needed to be

Loved the condo, very comfortable. Had some loud neighbors otherwise our stay was most enjoyable! Beautiful weather and water. Proximity to beach was a plus. Staff was accommodating! We will definitely be back!

Great getaway

Visited this property for the weekend. It is a great central location, on the intercoastal water access, and close to the beach. Great pool with a canal view. We didn't spend much time inside except for sleeping. The beds were clean and comfy. We are going to stay here again.

Great Vacation

This condo was perfect for my family of 5 plus my mom who joined us on this trip. It is on the 4th floor, so having the elevator is a plus. Overall, the condo was clean, the stove, fridge, washer and dryer served their purpose without any trouble. To get to the beach you have to cross Padre Blvd. and walk about a quarter of a mile. We were able to do this just fine with a 2, 7, and 8 yr old. The pool area was nice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we didn't rent something closer to the beach.

We had such an amazing time! The property had everything we wanted! The pool and hot tub were perfect and there was easy access to the beach! Will definitely be back next year!!

It’s always great being with family.

Not at all comfortable for 6 adults. Listing didn’t say what size beds were. They were King Queen and 2 twins. Two twins are pretty much in the common area

Great location for relaxing away from the crowds

We stayed here for the week & weekend for Father's Day, and it was a great spot for many reasons. Location: It's off the main strip, but far enough north to where you can avoid the crowds of the main drag (Padre Blvd). The main attraction for us was definitely having a nice pool overlooking the on-property docks. The docks were great for heading down and fishing in the early morning and evening without having to make a big production and going off property. We were also able to dock our kayak and paddleboards there and it was very secure as the property was coded/keyed to get into. For the beach, we would head north to the drive-on beaches (Access #6!) and definitely preferred that as they are generally less crowded. The condo itself was well maintained, and had all of the appliances (fridge, stove, etc) that we needed. They were all in great working order and clean. After booking, the property management company did call and check in with us a few days before and the day of to make sure we were all good and to see if we had any questions. I think the only improvement that could be made here is being able to get keys/check in or out remotely.
