This classic Park View rowhouse sleeps up to 8 guests and checks every box — free off-street parking (rare in DC), walkable to two Metro stations, and tucked on a quiet one-way street just half a block from some of the city's best food and nightlife.

The Space
Spread across three levels, the home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, original hardwood floors, and a fully finished lower level perfect for extra sleeping space, a hangout area, or a home office. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook in, and the Smart TV, fast WiFi, and central AC keep everyone comfortable. Start your mornings on the front porch or wind down on the back patio.

Getting Around
You're an easy walk from both the Petworth and Columbia Heights Metro stations (Green/Yellow Line) — connecting you to downtown DC, the National Mall, Georgetown, Dupont Circle, and beyond. Prefer to stay local? Columbia Heights, U Street/Shaw, Mount Pleasant, and Adams Morgan are all walkable. For the adventurous, a scooter or bike ride gets you almost anywhere in the city.
