Offering a modern, fully renovated, and furnished home that could comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Our home will be great for couples, families, and/or business travelers and is perfect for DC touring. The home comes with free Wi-Fi and easy self-check-in/check-out.

The main floor includes the dining area, living room, half bathroom, kitchen, and deck. The living room is furnished with a sofa that will comfortably seat you and your guests, and if need be the couch can be used as a futon sleeper to accommodate one person for sleeping as a 6th guest (additional linens & blankets included). There is a 65” flat screen Samsung Smart TV. We also have some card and board games for your entertainment and a fun night at home.

The kitchen is fully loaded with all your cooking essentials. It includes a Keurig Coffee and K-Pod machine (Coffee pods, cream, and sugar are complimentary), Full-Size Fridge, stove, microwave, cookware, dishes/utensils, and dishwasher.

On the upper level, you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each bedroom will come with a pack 'n play to accommodate families with more than one child. The full bathroom is fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dryer, first aid kit, and fresh towels and washcloths.

The main bedroom comes with a queen size bed, a rollaway bed that will be set up already for check in, a large closet, a pack and play, and a 50" flat screen Samsung Smart TV.

The second bedroom comes with a queen size bed and a writing desk. Great for students or travelers looking to work remotely while in town!

Please note the the couch is a futon bed and not a pull out sofa.

Other amenities such as an iron/ironing board, washing machine, dryer, high chair, and playpen/pack and play are available free of cost if needed. ***SMOKING IS PERMITTED OUTSIDE ON THE DECK. ANY SMOKING DONE INSIDE THE HOUSE WILL RESULT IN A FINE** Our home is located one block from the Giant food store if you need groceries. There is also a neighborhood playground right at the corner of our street. Historic churches, places of worship, dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and theaters are all around.

There are stairs leading up to the property and to the bedrooms which may not be accessible to those with injuries or disabilities.

We do not have driveway/garage parking and though street parking is ample, it is generally 2-hour parking unless you have a residential permit. There is a parking garage at Progression place. It is $30 a day for parking. Here is the address for the garage: 1825 7th St NW Washington DC 20001.
