Great house only 15-20 minutes to dock where our Royal Caribbean cruise departed from. Was very clean and comfortable

Terramar Beach Area

For a 3 bedroom, the price was great. It was clean, but everything was dated, uncomfortable furniture, and washer needed repaired. 30-40 minutes to town, not goodrusted and some pieces were hazardous.

Unorganized

We arrived on time to a very filthy house. We were told the cleaning crew was late but that delayed our family function by over 3 hours! We never received the check in information and once we were actually able to enjoy ourselves the cops were called for absolutely no reason. We were told there was load noise since the night before but we did not get into the home until around 7pm!!! Our family beach day was completely ruined. I was told we would be reimbursed but when asked when we should expect the refund I have had no response.

Everything was great about the house! Clean and nice. Beds weren’t very comfortable but they work. And was a little far from them main area for tourism

Everything was perfect! Close proximity to the beach and marina. House was clean and well stocked. We had a great time. Only thing, the firepit in the pictures was no longer on the property.

Happy New Year

The house was very clean and has really nice amenities. We will definitely book again. Plenty of cleaning supplies! My only recommendation would be to add plugins. I that would help the odor, which I understand is affected by the home’s surroundings and not being occupied full-time.

My husband and I stayed with our 3 children (7,6 &3) and it was perfect! Very nice house and property. Communication with property owners was top notch. 10/10 would recommend.

Winter getaway

Very nice accommodations, everything was as advertised. Easy walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood with friendly people. House was perfect for family of 5 (all adults). Ourdoor space is very nice also. Would definitely sta again

Girls Trip

Sleeping was great, and so was location. The living room furniture was uncomfortable ,and kitchen was small and squished. I wish it had some better cooking utensils for non stick pans. Had only freezing cold or burning hot water. The sink and bath drained slowly, and there was leaky pipes under the house. Besides all listed, had a great stay & location to beach very walkable. Neighborhood quiet and friendly. Property management was quick to reply & helpful.

House was very clean and had so many blankets, towels, and pillows to use. Loved the outdoor spaces with the swings and hammock downstairs and the outdoor shower was a must for coming back from the beach. Kitchen had most everything we needed for cooking, rooms were spacious enough for our small group, located in a a very quiet neighborhood, we were able to walk to and from the beach easily, pool was also very close and very big and nice! Only thing I would suggest is some blackout curtains for the living room because there was a bad glare on the tv during the morning and daytime, but other than that it was perfect.

Beautiful decor, comfy beds and outdoor furniture, indoor furniture not so comfortable.

This is a great location and the beach house is nicely decorated and stayed cool except when using the oven. The beds, bedding and towels were also of good quality and comfortable. Unfortunately, the reason we gave the property only 3 stars is that none of the three adults in our party were comfortable seated in the living room or dining room. The outdoor furniture was much more comfortable but it was too hot to sit outside for very long.

Cute House!

We really enjoyed staying at the Terramar Beach house. It was great for a fun friends' weekend. Access to the pool and the beach were so easy, I wish we had a golf cart to ride around though ;) The downstairs hangout area was lovely! would stay again!

Bachelorette weekend

This beach house was the perfect location for our bachelorette weekend. We never made it to the pool or beach because we enjoyed the amenities at the house. The neighborhood is really quiet and is the perfect backdrop for an intimate friend gathering. I’m planning to rent the house again for a family getaway.

Beautiful and Great Location

The house is very well maintained, and has just about everything you will need. Well equipped kitchen, lots of beds, plus beach chairs! Wonderful amenities from the comfortable furniture upstairs to the hammock and swings downstairs. Overall a very simple yet beautiful home, plus great location less than 5 minutes from the beach.
