You are steps away from Terramar beach, Galveston Island's beautifully maintained seaside and a short walk away from the bayside. Enjoy the amenities & take part in the many festivities that the city has to offer while retreating to your sleepy island bungalow 15min outside of the main hub. You'll be immersed in island living, close to local restaurants, grocery stores, and amenities. There is plenty of access to 5-star fishing, surfing, an amazing boat launch and bayside sunsets.

Perfect cabin for a relaxing girls’ weekend!

Our recent girls' weekend at this cute cabin exceeded all expectations!! The home was decorated with charming, thoughtful touches that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. We all slept very comfortably in the cozy beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals, and we loved having coffee on the porch in the mornings. The cabin is just a quick golf cart ride from the beach, and the neighborhood is very peaceful—perfect for evening walks/rides. We truly enjoyed our stay, and hope to be back soon!

Terramar Beach Area

For a 3 bedroom, the price was great. It was clean, but everything was dated, uncomfortable furniture, and washer needed repaired. 30-40 minutes to town, not goodrusted and some pieces were hazardous.

Looks beautiful but isn't

The property LOOKS as nice as it does in the pictures, but had a LOT of issues. We would have overlooked one or two of these, but for the price, we were very disappointed. We did speak to the owner on our second night, and they refunded the cleaning fee, but did not offer to come out and fix any of the issues, which we would have preferred.--Washing machine doesn’t drain --Shower soap dispenser broken no hand soap in the bathrooms--Dishwasher doesn’t dry or even really wash--3 of the 5 camp chairs are broken --No pot holders or tongs--A/C doesn’t cool the living area --Front left burner on the stove is broken--Cabinet under the kitchen sink won’t shut--Handrail is broken in two places on the stairs --Broken handle on the drawer under the sink of the master bathroom --Nails coming up from the floorThe beach is not cleaned and maintained -- it's Galveston, of course there's a ton of seaweed. But the listing shouldn't have implied the beach was cleaned by the city (we asked the owners about this and they said sometimes the city cleans it but they didn't when we were there). And finally, this is probably the 10th different place we've stayed on the island in the last 30 years of vacationing there, and this was the first time I've ever had to kill a palmetto bug. The house also had those little sand bugs in the kitchen.

Cute House!

We really enjoyed staying at the Terramar Beach house. It was great for a fun friends' weekend. Access to the pool and the beach were so easy, I wish we had a golf cart to ride around though ;) The downstairs hangout area was lovely! would stay again!

Everything was perfect! Close proximity to the beach and marina. House was clean and well stocked. We had a great time. Only thing, the firepit in the pictures was no longer on the property.

Beautiful and Great Location

The house is very well maintained, and has just about everything you will need. Well equipped kitchen, lots of beds, plus beach chairs! Wonderful amenities from the comfortable furniture upstairs to the hammock and swings downstairs. Overall a very simple yet beautiful home, plus great location less than 5 minutes from the beach.

My husband and I stayed with our 3 children (7,6 &3) and it was perfect! Very nice house and property. Communication with property owners was top notch. 10/10 would recommend.

Bachelorette weekend

This beach house was the perfect location for our bachelorette weekend. We never made it to the pool or beach because we enjoyed the amenities at the house. The neighborhood is really quiet and is the perfect backdrop for an intimate friend gathering. I’m planning to rent the house again for a family getaway.

Happy New Year

The house was very clean and has really nice amenities. We will definitely book again. Plenty of cleaning supplies! My only recommendation would be to add plugins. I that would help the odor, which I understand is affected by the home’s surroundings and not being occupied full-time.

Beautiful decor, comfy beds and outdoor furniture, indoor furniture not so comfortable.

This is a great location and the beach house is nicely decorated and stayed cool except when using the oven. The beds, bedding and towels were also of good quality and comfortable. Unfortunately, the reason we gave the property only 3 stars is that none of the three adults in our party were comfortable seated in the living room or dining room. The outdoor furniture was much more comfortable but it was too hot to sit outside for very long.
