It was my Mother 45th birthday and we thought we were about to enjoy ourselves and relax, but no. Immediately upon walking into house the first thing we noticed was the sofa. It was so dirty and stained and dingy. We were in such disbelief, then we noticed the broken blinds and cracked fridge drawer. We reached out immediately to the manager with our discoveries and they apologized and offered couch protectors at least. We accepted because it does state in the rental agreement that they are not responsible for anything basically once we purchase and check in. Well that was day one we reached out and they say they would get couch protectors sent over. That didnât come till day 3 despite reaching out multiple times about it, so me and my family would sit outside or in the dining area. Then day 2 we noticed the freaking ceiling above the hallway next to the guest bathroom was leaking and peeling off. We reported it immediately as well inquiring about the couch protectors that was suppose to come that day. All we got in response was that they will check with maintenance. By this point (day 2) we were trying to get a refund because this was unacceptable living arrangements, water was literally leaking on my family and myself as we walked down the hallway we have to keep a towel on the floor. We reached out multiple times on day 2 about the leaking and couch protectors. Day 3 comes and the swinging chair that hangs from the ceiling fell to the ground when my mom sat in it.
