Step inside our spacious and bright home featuring two separate living rooms, a full eat-in kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, and 3 separate sleeping areas, decorated with warm and inviting old Florida charm colors that create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

Park right up to the front door with a step-free entrance to the sunroom.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by our colorful and bright Florida sunroom with large windows on 3 sides that allow natural light to flood the space. The sunroom is furnished with a comfortable plush sofa and a game table with chairs, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the beach. The cubby contains board games and beach amenities. A daybed is provided for kids and can be expanded for side-to-side twin beds. Full length opaque curtains are up for all the windows to ensure privacy.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The 4-person dining area is within the kitchen and is a great place to enjoy a meal with your family or friends.

Relax in our comfortable plush sofas and enjoy streaming your favorite shows or movies on the Roku TV in the main living room, which is equipped with large windows and a door to the back yard patio area. It has full blinds on both the windows and door for privacy, or open to let in the bright western facing natural sunlight.

The home has two large bedrooms, each featuring comfortable beds with high-quality linens and ample storage space for your luggage. The master bedroom has a half bathroom and is equipped with a second streaming TV.

The main hallway bathroom contains a large walk-in shower with a built-in seat and grab bars.

Our backyard is a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. It is fully fenced and features a large outdoor patio table and chairs for outside dining or to enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee in the sun, and plenty of space for your children to play.

Our home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just a short drive from top rated Siesta Key beach. We provide beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas, so you can enjoy the beach without worrying about anything else.
