Spacious and Gorgeous!

Clean, up-to-date furnishings and appliances, terrific supply of beach equipment (4 umbrellas, 4 chairs, wagon, cooler, toys), friendly and easily reached landlady, quiet and pleasant neighborhood, community pool, and more. Really a great home away from home. Located close to major roads and attractions.

Great place!

This was a beautiful and clean villa that I would highly recommend. Access to the heated pool was a huge plus. The neighborhood is quiet as well. You’re also about a 10 min drive to Siesta Key beach. When we come back to Sarasota we’ll definitely try to stay here again.

Cozy, Comfy, Everything You Need!

We loved our stay! We had everything we needed, everything. Siesta beach is a short drive, Target, Publix, Walmart are all minutes away. One of the best nail salons I've ever been to is just a few minutes away. We brought our apple tv with us and that hooked right up in the bedroom. The closet space is significant with plenty of hangers. Wi-Fi connected without issue. My husband accidentally left with a key in our rental car and the owner was kind about our error. Key was sent back via express courier. The neighborhood is active during the day but quiet in the evening. It was perfect! Thank you for sharing your comfortable, clean home!! K,L,B & E

Fantastic stay

Like the title says, Fantastic stay. The villa is spotless and huge with a great garage to keep the car cool. TV's in both bedrooms as well as a huge TV in the huge open plan kitchen/living room. Everything you could ever need is here for a brilliant stay. We stayed 2 weeks and wish it was 2 months. I've been coming to Sarasota since 1997 and this in now my favourite place. Everything from bars, restaurants, beaches, all close by. Very highly recommended.

Nice Villa in a Quiet Neighborhood

The villa was well-equipped and comfortable, with a large television, and plenty of seating space for relaxing or dining. I especially enjoyed the desk for working on some photo and video editing with my laptop. The location is right near the Tamiami Trail and you can get to Siesta Beach in 10 to 15 minutes. Even though the location is close to the Trail, the neighborhood is very quiet and great for morning and evening walks. I will be coming back to stay again.

I thought this was a very nice property, it was in a peaceful area. I did have an issue with the electronic keypad when arriving but called the owner and they were able to let me in. I then just used the keys during my stay and had no problems. I had a very enjoyable stay.

It was my first time using a VRBO and I’m glad I chose this one after a long search. It was exactly as it was described. It’s in a quiet little neighborhood with a short walk to the pool & in an area close to everything. Agata was quick to respond to a couple questions I had. I would certainly recommend this Villa!

Minor problems with a very nice property

This is a very clean unit that was obviously recently and nicely renovated. It is well-stocked with the essentials. Comfortable beds and all on one floor. There were a few very minor problems that marred an otherwise very nice experience.1. The sheet set on the bed in the master bedroom is pilled and worn. It should be replaced.2. The cleaning of the unit prior to our arrival was almost perfect. However, there were dirty smudges on interior doors.There was one larger issue with the unit that merits mention:The dishwasher did not work throughout the time we were there and there was no way that the owners would have known about this before our arrival There were two visits by a repair person that did disrupt those days in a minor way and there was the small aggravation of doing our dishes by hand. The owner did agree to a very small (100) refund for the inconvenience, but two weeks later, the check has not arrived.If the owner makes good on the verbal agreement, I would rate the property and our experience an overall "5".

Family Gathering

Our family gathered together to rally around family members who needed a good getaway. This condo worked out perfectly for a mother and her two teenage children. We had family in 2 other condos in the villa and it worked out great. When the air conditioner went out on the first day, they had it up and running again before we got home from a daily excursion at Nakomis Beach! There is so much to do for families in the area and this condo is very accomodating!

Beautiful Sarasota Getaway

This villa is spacious, tastefully furnished & decorated with many special touches. The kitchen is large, updated & filled with lovely matching dishes, glassware & cookware. The host has thoughtfully provided plentiful paper supplies & laundry products for the convenient in unit washer & dryer. We loved the quick walk to the large heated pool & spa as well as morning walks around the complex & pickleball & social opportunities ( weekly coffee & other get togethers). Overall, one of the very best we’ve ever stayed in & hope to return.

Super comfy nice clean place

My husband and I vacationed for a week to visit his mother. We had a very easy check in process . Home was very nice. Also had beach chairs ,towels and umbrella. Central air kept is cool. Quiet area. Used the community pool. Short distance to siesta key beach and stores and restaurants. Agata . The owner was very pleasant and always available if you need anything. If you are in the Sarasota area , please concider renting from her. Very reasonable. Highly reccomend.

Spacious and close to everything

What a great find. We needed a place to stay while we were moving and this was perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants. The beach was nearby, although we did not partake. Having a garage was a bonus as we had two vehicles. All the rooms, baths, closets are nice size with plenty of storage. Would definetly stay here again.
