Very nice property. Property managers couldn’t have been better to work with. Our favorite part was the privacy of the property. Very nice established neighborhood with wild peacocks roaming around. Had an issue with the pool heater which was disappointing as the water was a bit chilly. Was unable to get it resolved prior to our departure, but property owner and property manager worked with us on partial refund.

A lovely house in a great location. Everything exceeded our expectations. Although the location provides many local attractions: the sea, downtown Sarasoto the Ringling museums and serious shopping are minutes away, it was very tempting to enjoy the quiet life by the pool.

Host was very welcoming. Home was very nice with a few exceptions. Blinds on front windows/door with missing several blinds - felt like we were sitting in a fish bowl in the evening with the lights on. Had to purchase toilet paper to get us through the week and no back up trash bags, only the one in the can. Remote controls did not work for lights and we were just guessing how to use them as there were no instructions.

Lovely oasis, comfortable, cozy, convenient, located in a beautiful, quiet, old Florida neighborhood. Friendly peacocks visit each morning, beautiful pool and patio w waterfall and fountain for morning coffee and afternoon / evening unwinding, a perfect respite for relaxing and re-setting. First off.....my wife and I enjoyed our stay in Sarasota. We are very familiar with this part of the state and have several friends that we visited.Now for the nitty gritty. Having rented many VRBO's, this is my critique of this particular residence. The home is situated in a very quiet and older neighborhood near "Jungle Gardens", & "Ringling Museum". 10 minutes to St Armands, and 20 minutes to Siesta Key. Upon arrival I always do a walk through and make note of anything that seems not up to "par". This is that list: 1) Vertical blinds @ front door were missing numerous blinds and the ones that were there did not operate properly. 2) 1 roll of TP and 1 roll of paper towels, and empty hand soap @ kitchen sink, clothes dryer was broken. 3) Doorknob @ bedroom off Pool was very loose.... 4) Bathtub drained VERY slow, you were standing in ankle deep water in no time, Left bathroom sink also drained very slow. 5) Barbecue area was mostly inoperable. 6) Outdoor lighting @ barbeque area was controlled by homeowner with an ECHO dot hidden in rafters. 7) 1 outdoor umbrella was broken.....never sat under it. 8) Light globe @ 2nd bedroom missing. 9) NO "Guest book" with instructions for all components of house. Now the Host "Steven" was very available an tried to correct some things. Several of the items above were corrected. Thank you Steven. We did enjoy our time here and saw the good things that this home offered.

Our stay was amazing! We would definitely come back the location is wonderful, the house is exactly as the photos , clean , calm ,accommodating , the pool is great , my kids were obsessed with the peacocks that came to our door every day! The home was perfect. My daughter was in Sarasota for business and I tagged along for some relaxation. We couldn’t ask for a better location. Close to everything but extremely peaceful, private and quiet. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed it throughly! The host was easy to contact and very accommodating. And the Peacocks greeting us when we arrived and stopping by to visit periodically was an unexpected treat! Overall I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and I definitely would stay here again if ever returning to Sarasota.

Amazing stay at beautiful home!

Our family loved our Spring Break stay at this beautiful home! The pool was warm despite some chilly temperatures and the outdoor kitchen was amazing for grilling and watching the NCAA tournament. The inside of the home is immaculate and absolutely adorable. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect comfortable 2 bedroom home with open floor plan, comfortable beds, quiet location. Great pool! Great for eating outdoors around the pool. Would go again definitely. Lacey was great answering all of our questions!

Great for our girls trip!

We had such a fun time at this little house. The tv outside was perfect to watch by the pool. We are definitely planning to stay again! Close to downtown Sarasota so it was a quick Uber ride to several restaurants. Lots of peacocks roaming around the neighborhood and we loved it.
