«Sous le soleil de romarin» est une merveilleuse escapade qui combine l'attrait du magnifique golfe du Mexique avec la chaleur d'une villa toscane. Seul le meilleur a été incorporé dans cette maison de Rosemary Beach, ce qui est évident par la qualité du design (architecte primé et entreprise de design), avec des fenêtres expansives qui baignent dans une abondance de lumière et de soleil, idéale pour la famille et les amis rassemblements et vacances.

En outre améliorer le design est un salon ouvert et aéré avec plafonds de 20 pieds et une cheminée à bois. La cuisine gastronomique est un délice pour les gourmets, avec une cuisinière Viking de 48 po, un lave-vaisselle Bosch et un réfrigérateur Kitchen-Aid. Le deuxième étage dispose d'un porche enveloppant avec une vue sur le golfe, une véranda moustiquaire, et deux suites de maître, dont l'une dispose d'une cheminée double entre la chambre et la salle de bain attenante; l'autre un salon pittoresque parfait pour les siestes paresseuses de l'après-midi d'été. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent des salles de bains de style européen, des meubles-lavabos personnalisés, une douche extérieure privée, des télévisions à écran plat et des DVD, un système de sécurité et un service Internet sans fil. The perfect girls’ weekend!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in this stunning home! It was the perfect home base for our long weekend trip to Rosemary Beach. Everything is a short walk from the house. The pictures don’t do the home justice - it’s more beautiful in person! Very well-equipped, lacked for nothing. The owner was very responsive and great to work with. We would definitely book this house again!

The perfect beach rental

We had the best stay at this gorgeous home. The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach and for lots of restaurants and shops. Having a private pool at the house is a major plus— especially with younger kids. We couldn’t be happier with our stay at this gorgeous property!

Perfect stay for my daughter's 18th!

We absolutely LOVED everything about this gorgeous home. It was clean, very comfortable, and laid out beautifully. The home was close to everything in Rosemary; just step out the door and everything is in walking distance. Shops, restaurants and the beach entrances are close by. My daughter had a wonderful 18th birthday with family and was very happy. The pool was clean and was fantastic to cool off in. Lynne, the hostess, was gracious and answered any questions we had. Thank you so much, Lynne!

Perfect VRBO Stay in Rosemary Beach

Our stay at this VRBO in Rosemary Beach was absolutely fantastic! The **convenient location** was a highlight, situated close to both Rosemary and Seacrest, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything these charming areas have to offer. One of the best features was the inclusion of 4 bikes, which made getting around both fun and effortless. The host provided easy and prompt communication, answering any questions we had swiftly and clearly, which added to the seamless experience. The property itself was beautiful and comfortable for our family, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Rosemary Beach.

Stayed with another family. Great home but starting to fray around the edges from what I imagine is a long series of renters. Home needs a refresh but is still very nice. Home was cleaned and any issues we had were sorted immediately. Highly recommend.

Perfect Family House

Wonderful house for a multigenerational family stay. My husband and I stayed with our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren and it was the perfect setup for us. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. We had a minor issue and the property manager and owner were very responsive and helpful. They resolved the issue immediately. One of the nicest properties and nicest property owner we have rented from on VRBO. I would definitely rent this property again should we return to Rosemary Beach.

Perfect Senior Spring Break Experience (relaxation-style)

Just left this beautiful property yesterday & wish our spring break was 2 weeks long in this quaint beachside community because 1 week was not long enough! It was the *perfect* location, size, and layout for our group of adults & teens celebrating our seniors graduating from high school. It had all the amenities we needed (except no beach chairs & the Keurig coffee maker leaked/did not work which was disappointing for our crew). However, there are walkable coffee shops that made up for it & we just used towels to sit on at the beach. This house did offer beach towels, plenty of kitchen utensils & basics we did not need to bring (oil, sugar, salt/pepper, etc) that many rentals do not provide, including kitchen towels. The pool was heated & actually worked which made our time at the house even more enjoyable to have that option on the cooler, more windy days. Everything was walkable and it was a safe community such that we felt comfortable letting our teens explore & go off by themselves to the beach & shops. Having access to bikes was also very nice and was included in the pricing of the home. We would love to return to this house again in the future if given the opportunity. It was the BEST week! Checkout was super easy too!

We Found Heaven at “Under the Rosemary Sun”

Our week at this outstanding home celebrating our 40th anniversary with our family of ten (adults, kids, toddler and infant) simply could not have been better! We are no strangers to Rosemary Beach and all agreed that this house, hands down, has the perfect combination of best location, floor plan, beautiful architecture inside and out, private backyard with a perfect size heated pool that cannot be found elsewhere in this lovely beach community. Did I mention location?? Only a few minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The entire process was seamless from beginning of our stay to the end. Lynne, the gracious owner of this awesome property, was kind, accommodating and helpful. When we return to Rosemary we won’t even think about looking to stay anywhere else other than “Under the Rosemary Sun.”

Wonderful house perfect for two families with kids. Great pool, short bike ride to the beach, well-stocked house and kitchen. We had a few minor issues and the property manager and owner were both very responsive and helpful! Great stay - we will be back.

This was an amazing home. Perfect for our family of 6. Kids had options where they could sleep. The pool was exactly what we needed on non beach days, heated perfectly, in the comfort of our own area. Could go in if needed/wanted. The home was stunning, kitchen was beautiful. We cooked 7 days straight there. Grill was used almost daily. The washer and dryer was perfect. Went home with no dirty clothes and washed and cleaned lids super quick. Don’t have one complaint!

We’ve stayed in multiple homes in the Rosemary Beach area, and this is by far our favorite. Every word of the listing is spot on. The location of the bedrooms are perfect (none next to one another). The kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked almost every night and every breakfast. The backyard and pool are fantastic and we basically lived outside. I don’t think we ever turned on a TV. It’s a short walk to a private beach. We will come back. We will stay here again … and again … and again. You cannot beat this place.

Review of Under the Rosemary Sun

The property was overall beautiful. Amazing location. Only a couple blocks from the beach. A really short walk, even with two toddlers and a stroller. It is also a corner lot and feels really private which was amazing. The place was really quiet. The pool area was really great. We loved the covered patio area as well. The only thing that was unfortunate was the refrigerator was broken during our stay. So, there was a replacement fridge that was installed and it was sitting right in the middle of the kitchen the whole time. It was right in the middle of a main walkway from the kitchen out to the pool doors. Definitely would have liked for that to not be there but we adjusted. Overall, I would recommend the property.

My earliest memories are of building sand castles in the white sugary sand with my brother an sister and riding the waves in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Watching the Destin fishing boats arrive in from a long day of deep sea fishing was another favorite of ours. I now reside in Austin where I am CEO/Founder of a Wealth Management firm, ARIV Wealth, specializing in portfolio management, retirement and estate planning and tax strategies. I graduated from Auburn with a B.S. in Marketing and earned my law degree at Cumberland School of Law in 1991. My family and I enjoy spending time outdoors and listening to live music in Austin. My favorite vacation spot is our home in Rosemary Beach. I enjoy playing tennis, traveling, and cooking ... and now watching my children play in the sand and surf of the Gulf of Mexico!
