Welcome to Rosemary Beach

Rosemary Beach was established in 1995 and is one of the premier communities along Scenic Highway 30A. The community offers a lovely town center filled with shops and restaurants, four community pools, tennis courts, fitness center and 9 deeded beach walkovers for access to the private beautiful beach.

The Simmons Beach Home is located on the north side of Rosemary Beach within a 5 minute walk to the town center and beach access. The four story townhome can accommodate 8 - 12 adults OR 8 adults and 4 children. The rear entrance has two private parking spots and a shaded courtyard with seating for relaxing on a warm summers day. Entering the
property, the first floor offers a seating area and wet bar with ice maker and two guests bedrooms, each with their own full bath. The master bedroom with full bath and private balcony is located on the second level along with an additional guest bedroom with full bath, washer and dryer, an additional seating area and a rear balcony with porch swing. The third floor showcases the main living, dining, well equipped kitchen and half bath. There is a balcony off of the living room that offers additional outdoor seating and a rear balcony with a gas grill. The fourth floor is perfect for children with four full size bunk beds. The fourth floor balcony provides a private place to enjoy the beautiful views of Rosemary Beach.
The property offers an elevator for easy access to the first three levels. Each bedroom has a tv, wifi throughout and a beach cart is provided for easy transport of all your beach belongings.

Diltz Family vacation

The town house was very conveniently located to the pool and town central. We rented bikes, but everywhere we wanted to go was an easy, and shady, walk.

Great spacious home in Rosemary beach!

Wonderful time in this very well appointed home. 2 ice makers came in handy, the elevator was a plus, and we all enjoyed the many many outdoor porches and areas to spread out with our group of 10. We were a little concerned about the distance from the beach, but it wasn’t bad at all on our bikes! Very close to the Cabana pool, too. We felt lucky to have found this home!

Great house in Rosemary

The house was very well furnished and had lovely decor. Loved the multiple balconies. Elevator was really handy, especially for the big grocery runs. House did not come with bikes, which I didn’t realize. Especially enjoyed the porch swing on the third floor. Great communication with the property manager, Jeanne.

Good Space

We love rosemary and booked this house for a little reunion with friends. Overall, the space was plenty big and accommodating when we arrived. Short walk to one of the pools and the beach isn’t too bad of a walk either. On our second day, we noticed a leak coming from a second floor bathroom. This is no fault of the owners or anyone else’s, things happen! Plumber and property manager came out came and closed access to one of the showers for the remainder of our trip. Understandably this needed to happen, but then we were down a bathroom when we had just enough for each family. This was a bummer and we were not offered anything in return for this inconvenience which we thought would’ve been nice and appropriate. We then had two families sharing a bathroom which was fine, just not what we paid for. Also had issues with the microwave and toaster not working while plugged into one of the walls. (Maybe a fuse was blown or something but the men couldn’t figure it out). We had to move the toaster to the floor to use it. Again, not the end of the world, but not super convenient either. Good space for sure, the many floors accommodates different families nicely, as long as everything is working well.

Hello. Although the plumber could not find the source of the leak, I spoke with the owner and he has allowed me to give a refund of one nights stay due to the inconvenience of not having a fourth shower to use during your stay. With regards to the microwave and toaster not working properly, they were both working prior to your arrival and after your departure so I do not know what caused the issue. Great place, plenty of space

The property was fantastic, the community was great. Plenty of beach and pool fun, great restaurants and nice people all around. The only negative is the early 9am checkout required on the last day. But the home was awesome and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Property

Our stay was perfect. My daughter got married in Rosemary and we used this house as the base for the bride's family and the bridal party. The house was perfectly laid out for us and just as described in the VRBO listing. The adults had the bottom floor while the bridal party had the second floor bedrooms, third floor living space and kitchen and 4th floor bedroom. The third floor living space was terrific. Open kitchen, dinning room and living room where we could all hang out. The host was wonderful, very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

An amazing home and great location

Beautiful home that included everything we needed to enjoy our 4 day stay. The home was very well maintained and clean. The location was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Jeanine was quick to respond to every question we had and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Excellent Service from Property Manager & Lovely Home

We enjoyed our stay! Large home and great location. Good A/C, lots of porches for outdoor time, and very comfortable beds! Jeanine (property manager) was amazing! Her communications were on point, thoughtful, and response time was rapid. Labeled lighting, an elevator that works, and luxuries provided. Truly a relaxing vacation in a lovely home.
