Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at La Dolce Vita! This includes bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences, and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!



This beautiful coastal chic home is located just 1 minute east of 30A, and right next door to Rosemary Beach!! Scout's Lookout has gorgeous gulf views, is steps from the community pool, and is less than a minute walk to the closest beach access. The home also boasts private beach access less than a 2-minute walk from the home's back door to the gorgeous white sands of the emerald coast! With its open floor plan, two living areas, and family-friendly layout...this home is perfect for entertaining family and friends, or just for unwinding after a long day of fun at the beach!



The first level of the home boasts three spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a built-in bunk room, and the laundry room! Upon entering the home you are greeted by a spacious foyer that is flooded with natural light. To your left is the first of the homes 3 King suites!!! This large suite boasts a king bed, a full bathroom, and access to one of the home's many private balconies. Down the hall from this room, you will find a cute bunk room, complete with built-in bunks that are just under the size of standard twin/twin bunks. Conveniently located on this level of the home, you will also find the home's laundry room. The third bedroom on the first floor has two twin beds, with access to a private balcony, and access to the hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. The last room on the first floor of the home is yet another King suite, with a tub/shower combo, and access to the third private balcony on this floor!



As you walk up the stairs, if the gulf views don't get your attention first, you will immediately notice the spacious open floor plan and beautifully updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This space is truly an entertainers dream! The living room features plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to spread out, a dry bar area, and a large flat screen T.V.! There is also a large outdoor balcony off the living area, with unbeatable gulf views! Down the hallway from the kitchen, you will find a powder room, and the homes main Master Suite. This spacious suite boasts yet another private balcony, a clawfoot tub , and a large walk-in shower!



As if the first two floors of the home weren't enough...while staying at Scout's Lookout you also get the added bonus of a third floor loft; complete with an additional living space, full bathroom, and Queen sleeper sofa should you need extra sleeping arrangements. Off of this loft is also yet another balcony with phenomenal gulf views, making it the ideal spot for your morning coffee, or evening night cap!
