Prenez retraite au Cottage Blue Heron à Rosemary Beach, la maison de plage de luxe par excellence. Le chalet dispose de 3 chambres à coucher, 3. 5 salles de bains et mises à niveau tout au long, comme des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en marbre dans la cuisine et les salles de bains, plancher de bois franc, Green Egg Grill, et pour ne pas mentionner cette maison a été professionnellement décorée d'un mur à l'autre.

Entrez par la porte avant d'être agréablement surpris par un plan concept de socle de invitation ouverte. La cuisine, salon et salle à manger prenne tout le premier étage. À l'étage, pour trouver la suite de maître et deux chambres d'hôtes. Chaque chambre possède sa propre salle de bain privée! La laveuse et sécheuse sont également situés sur le deuxième niveau, à proximité de la chambre lits superposés. Le 2ème étage enveloppement autour de balcon est un moyen idéal pour profiter de votre café du matin ou le thé, le regard sur les belles rues de Rosemary Beach pour commencer votre journée.

Juste à côté de la cour privée se trouve la remise, qui comprend 1 chambre à coucher, 1 salle de bain avec douche carrelée personnalisée, une cuisine entièrement équipée et un salon avec balcon. Great end to the summer!

The main house is extremely spacious & it’s wonderful that the carriage house is also included in the rental. The entire property was very clean & had everything we needed for the week. The walk to & from the beach was super easy as the house is conveniently located to several of the Rosemary Beach accesses. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Perfect time at the Blue Heron

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house felt just like home, well even better! The house is conveniently located within the Rosemary community, just across from Sky pool (our favorite!), the workout facility and a short path to gate C and the beach! The kids could also hop on the bikes to get donuts in the morning and give the adults a little more quiet coffee time outside by the water feature. We also really appreciated how well stocked and organized the house was with EVERY dish, serving platter and wine glass we needed for our big family dinners. 30A Luxury Vacations was also incredibly responsive and prompt to answer questions, requests and keep us informed about the house and community. We absolutely LOVED our stay with 30A LV at Blue Heron!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The decorated and functional house that we have ever stayed at. The location was perfect to get to the beach and stop at the pool on the short walk back. The location was also perfect to visit the merchants in downtown Rosemary. The house was well maintained and has many amenities like cooler, chairs, kids toys, umbrella and very usable courtyard that we all gathered at for morning coffee and evening happy hour. If it is available when we book again, we will definitely book the house again. The staff was also very good in their communication.

Spring Break 2023

This home is beautiful! We especially enjoyed entertaining in the spacious chef’s kitchen and open floor plan. The enclosed patio was perfect for our shrimp boil where we entertained over 20 friends staying at other properties in Rosemary. We will definitely book this home again!

Great Location and House

Great experience; check in was easy, communication was smooth, the house was well equipped and a short walk to coffee, the beach, multiple pools, tennis courts and the fitness center. We were sad to leave and hope to return.

Great home for a 40th birthday trip

We rented the main house and carriage house and found it to be perfect for our party of 3 adult couples without kids and 1 couple with 2 kids. We had one minor service request that was fixed very quickly. The home is beautiful and location is great!

The only thing I would mention is that both clothing dryers on the property are missing lint traps. So besides being a fire hazard, the clothes did not dry well. We also limited our laundry due to this.

The main house including the guest house comfortably fit 2 families with 4 kids under 4 years old. House was clean, bathrooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the fenced in courtyard that felt safe having a bunch of little kids around. Close proximity to the beach, multiple neighborhood pools, splashpad and the main retail/restaurant area. Would highly recommend.

Great for a large family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully decorated and cozy home that's perfect for a few couples or a big family. Tucked about a block behind the Town Center and easy walking distance to everything in Rosemary. My nephew loved having the pool and tennis courts just across from the street (though the pool could be a bit loud at times for us old people). Plenty of room to spread out in the kitchen and living area, and it was great to have privacy for napping in the carriage house. Overall, a great spot!

Each year we have stayed in a different house, for multiple reasons: too small, not clean, property manager not attentive. This is the first year that everyone in our party agreed that we would stay at this house again. Large kitchen/living area, which is a must. Nice size bedrooms and a washer and dryer in the house and garage. It is a two minute bike ride to the beach, directly across from the sky pool, and has enough parking.

A Spring break getaway for all!

This house was beautiful! Plenty of space for all. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals at home. And there were plenty of restaurants close by. We enjoyed biking everywhere! The beach and pools were close to the house and easily accessible either by walking or bike. The property managers were responsive to the few questions we had and the app was great for check in and general information. We loved our time in Rosemary Beach and hope to return!

Beautiful home in idyllic location

We just returned from a fabulous week with our family and can’t say enough positive things about this cottage and the property management. The home is gorgeous- beautifully designed yet very family friendly and in the perfect location across from pool and fitness center and super short walk to beach and town center. We loved everything about this home and are already looking forward to returning soon. It was stocked with everything we needed, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The property management group was very responsive and eager to make sure our stay went well. Highly recommend this property!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a fun positive stay . I didn’t think the house lived up to the price . I have stayed in much nicer homes there for less money . Bedrooms were small . Found many inconveniences during our stay . Lights did not work upstairs or on the stairs or on porches . Waterfall not working . No substantial outside lighting . A motion light that went off before you could reach your destination . Master bath floor was sandy. Lamps seemed to be in disrepair . Limited space in kitchen to store groceries .
