Guests stepping inside this home will be instantly welcomed and refreshed by the stunning details that sets the scene for the ultimate relaxing beach getaway. The kitchen boasts granite countertops; bright white cabinetry; and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Gorgeous hardwood floors in the kitchen and living areas evoke an extra layer of warmth in this inviting home. Relive fun memories from the day as you relax on the living room's plush furnishings; or enjoy a movie night on the mounted; flat-screen television. The beautiful master suite offers a luxurious king bed; balcony access; and a private bathroom with a shower and a dual-sink vanity. In the guest room is a bunk with a twin over a comfortable queen bed on the bottom: this room also has a mounted flat-screen television and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single vanity. Steps outside this home is the beach walkover, which offers a picturesque stroll over to the white soft sand. Experience the best local dining; shopping; and entertainment. Fantastic Family Vacation

We chose Las Mañanitas for a quick family birthday celebration and had a wonderful time. The location was fantastic. The home was beautiful and well thought out. The only thing I would recommend is updating the cookware (the nonstick cookware was all scraped and scratched up) and providing more than one dish towel for guests. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would 100% recommend Las Mañanitas.

Heaven on Earth

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We fell inlove with how beautiful the home was. It was fully equipped with everything we needed . We loved that the home was very updated. The stove and refrigerator were so nice . The kitchen was exceptional stocked with beautiful appliances, dishes and silverware. The beds in each room were so soft and comfortable. The pillows were soft as well. The screen TVs were a big size which was great! The washer & dryer was very nice and came in handy. We loved the long dinner table outside on the front deck of the house. We loved all the little details that were put into this home, like the cute little books to read. Also the little guestbook to sign and leave our mark. Or the other book in the kitchen to add our comments or suggestions of what to add to the home for future guest such as certain kitchen utensils .This home was the total package! It was a home away from home . We loved that it was so close to the beach. Having a golf cart for the weekend is a must and makes getting around the property so much more fun and convenient to go for a ride and explore the surroundings. The staff was great and very helpful and knowledgeable with anything we needed or questions we had. We would definitely recommend this home and Silver Sands Vacation Rentals to everyone! We will definitely be back next year! Thanks So Much for a memorable experience! ❤️

Las Mananitas

Overall, the unit was beautiful and we enjoyed the property. However, there were several things that would have made the experience more enjoyable. One being the parking, which is currently similar to playing a game of Tetris just to go to dinner or the beach. There were no photos of the exterior upon booking, so I had no idea we were in a cabin style home. In addition, the golf cart was not very nice, had rust, and did not have Bluetooth for music. Had we known, we would have booked the cart elsewhere. There was also no outdoor shower or place to wash off the cart and no place to put the trash. There was no doormat or broom in the unit and the pans were dented.

Great memories made

My family and I had so much fun at the beach, in town, and at the house we rented. The home was cozy and comforting. We found ourselves completely at 'home' wishing it was our very own. We will be back! Loved the house!

Sunflower Beach

This cabin faces the dunes and is nice and private. Loved the patio for morning coffee. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. we really enjoyed our time here. Cant wait to come back

Fabulous location

The house is a stand alone, home in a cluster of other homes. It was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. We cooked all of our meals and enjoyed the table on the deck. The pool is amazing and there is a board walk to the beach. It is 3-4 blocks to the board walk, so bring a wagon to haul your beach toys. We had very easy check in and check out. The house comes with two, tandem parking spots. We would definitely come back.

Great location but very poor customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and clean property overall. Customer service, however, was very poor. It took multiple calls and emails to get the information I needed in order to locate and to access the property, and as a result, we sat and waited for over an hour and a half. Speaking to anyone face-to-face was not an option, as the office was closed due to covid. A sign on the door noted unapologetically in capital letters "WE WILL NOT OPEN THIS DOOR." What a warm welcome. The next day, I sent an email asking about how to get wristbands for the pool. They chose not to respond...ever...the entire week we were there. Quite a contrast to how punctual they were when it came to charging my credit card. The washing machine did not work when we first arrived. It was obvious that it had not worked for some time, since we found unspent detergent capsules in the drum and in the tray. I did not even bother calling the management company, because their service is so poor. Instead, I fixed it myself. There were zero extra rolls of toilet paper. We had to buy our own, and made sure to leave some behind for the next victims, I mean visitors. The check-in sheet claimed I had a tandem parking space. That was false. Some units had those, but not ours. We had one. To top it off, our parking space had a fence which was about 3” from the edge of the space. I could not open the rear door of my pickup when parked there. And trying to physically squeeze through that gap was not fun. We ended up parking in an unassigned space farther away from our unit. The wifi was weak. The poolside grill was never open. This property has the potential to be a great place to stay, but customer service needs to vastly improve.

Beautiful House; Impossible to get ahold of management company

Beautiful house! Super clean and just as described. We had the pool mostly to ourselves, so nice!! Very short walk to the beach. Wish we were provided a map of the property so we knew were everything was—was actually found one on the last day after we had already figured it out! Would have been nice to have these somewhere prominent when we checked in. Few cons: -Impossible to get ahold of management company, we messaged them 4 days prior to our trip via the VRBO app and their provided email address and I STILL haven’t heard back! We were in the dark as to what amenities were available during COVID because of this. -Regarding the house: it was difficult figuring out how to get in, I think this was partly because we came after sun went down and it was hard to see where key box was—was pitch black! -The coffee maker was broken! :( All in all, very nice house, well maintained, super clean. Beautiful pool area and great access to the beach. Few minor things about the house, but not sure what was going on with the management company Silver Sands. I guess just hope you don’t need to contact them!

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying at Las Mananitas, it was a bit farther from the beach than we expected but it was fine, we didn't mind the walk. It's a very nice resort that is in the beginning phase of development which meant not so many guests which we really liked. Very nice to get some R & R away from the big city. Our only complaint was that two (of 4) large (double window/door) shades were stuck in the down position in the living room so we missed much of the nice view that we expected. It also meant that the only exit and entrance to the cottage was a pain because the shade had to be pushed aside each time. We put in 3 requests to have them fixed but to no avail. If they had been fixed we would have rated the stay higher.
