Bedroom 3 (Sea Room - upstairs bedroom): two bunk beds (one-twin over full, one full over full) and a cot with a twin size, 10 inch mattress - sleeps 8. Two couples may share this room, or it’s a great place for the kiddos to hang out together. Allow them to bring their gaming console. There’s a nice big TV in this room.
Bedroom 4 (Crane Room - downstairs bedroom): king bed - sleeps 2
Sofa - The sofa is not a sleeper sofa, but it is wide enough and comfy enough to accommodate 2 people.


All beds have 12 inch memory foam mattresses (except bunk beds are 8 and 10 inches), down alternative pillows and hypoallergenic hotel luxury sheets for a restful night of sleep.


The spacious living room area features a 60 inch smart TV. Plan your movie night now! We offer Wi-Fi and Roku TV so that you can stream from your own subscriptions. Additional 55 inch TVs can be found in the Crane Room and Sea Room.


The outdoor patio features comfortable seating, swings, hammock, bar top and picnic table. You will be set up to cook with a gas OR charcoal grill for a sunset dinner. You can challenge the family with a friendly tournament of darts, cornhole, Yardzee, Jenga, and many other outdoor games. On cool evenings, enjoy a small fire in the firepit area, surrounded by beautiful tropical flowers. Be sure to stock up on ice and cold beverages that you can keep in the fridge located in the garage.


Traveling with small children? You can pack lighter, because we provide a Pack n’ Play, highchair, and bouncy seat.


For your beach day, we provide a beach cart, beach canopy, beach toys, beach games, boogie boards, coolers, an umbrella, beach chairs, and towels.

For your furry friends, we provide a kennel or a small pet parlor room with toys, treats, and a comfy pet bed.

Guest Access:
24 hours before arrival, instructions will be sent detailing keypad entry and other things to note for your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
We are located 15 minutes outside of Galveston. There is public beach access within a few minutes away whether walking or driving. We are located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet, new subdivision. The surrounding area contains a few delicious mom and pop dining establishments, a grocery store, gas stations, bait shops, and a small souvenir shop. Just a 5 minute car ride down the road, you can be at the beautiful Galveston Island State Park.

Other Things to Note:
This is our home, not just a place we list to make money. We live here when no one is renting. We decided to take this vacation rental adventure because we knew we had a gem and wanted to share it with other families so that they would be able to stay in this magical place and enjoy all that Galveston has to offer. Please keep this in mind when you stay here. Please treat this home as you would your own. Please respect the home and its property. We want to be able to open it up to as many families as possible so that many memories may be made here. Be sure to share memories that you made while visiting so that we may share in your joy.

Interaction with Guests:
I stay on the island, just about 30 minutes from the house. I can be as involved as you would like. I can meet you there to help you get moved in or give you a tour. I can meet up to discuss activities or answer questions. I am also just a text away.
