Beachfront Condo - Wall to Wall Glass with Amazing Views of Beach and Bay!

Imagine waking up to incredible panoramic sunrises that you can enjoy from your master suite and the living room or retiring to South Padre Island sunsets that are new every day. You have one of the best views on the island for watching the sunsets or the Friday night summer fireworks from multiple private balconies.

You'll be staying in a large town home style condo in a resort building featuring two bedrooms downstairs with private balconies and private baths. The spacious living area upstairs provides 10th floor views of the Gulf of Mexico from two walls of glass in the living room, dining room and from the large private balcony. A half bath on the living level provides convenience both for daytime living and for your guests using the sofa sleeper for overnight accommodation.

Sunchase IV is a gated resort with beautiful grounds, private beach access, two pools and hot tubs, two children's pools, a 2nd floor library, a fitness center, and a 7th floor sundeck. The walk through the beautifully landscaped grounds to the private beach access is relaxing and there are shops, restaurants, and nightlife all within walking distance as well.

You may choose to dine out every night but the kitchen is fully equipped for those gourmet island meals. A full-size washer and dryer add to convenience and make this the perfect place for your South Padre Island family getaway!

Place was nice. Was cleanish. Spoke to property management and they promptly sent over a cleaner. The rooms were missingvsome slats so sunlight does get in and wake you up. Other than those issues, we were very satisfued with the location and the views from the property.

The views from all the balconies especially the top floor balconies were excellent. The accomodation was prepped well for our arrival and we had a good time with the pool and grill facilities.

Girls weekend getaway

Everything about this property was amazing! Beautiful sunrise and sunset. There were several different balconies to capture all of the views. It is in a great location with easy access to the beach and everything on the island. There is plenty of space and seating for everybody to be comfortable. Very clean and just as described online. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again when we visit.

Sadly disappointed in the management company

I will start by saying the views in this condo are top-notch and we loved that there was plenty of seating on the balconies.First issue was that the fridge did not work when we arrived, but there was a note in the fridge saying that because of the humidity in Texas, it may take a while for the fridge to cool down, so we were supposed to leave it overnight before reporting it. The management company opened at 9 AM and I called and told them the fridge wasn’t working. They said they would send maintenance over as soon as possible. The maintenance guy did not arrive until after 12pm. To make a long story short, he could not fix it, did not find this out until almost 5 PM. Then the management department said we could use the refrigerator of a different condo. At this time, it had been over 24 hours that we had purchased our groceries, so many of the perishable items we could not eat. I questioned management about refunding us for the groceries that we had to re-buy and all the bags of ice that we had to buy to keep the new perishable items cold. The girl said she would have to talk to management, but they might just give us a credit for next time we rent with them. I never heard anything from them again about this. Then the toilet in the guest bathroom also needed to be fixed, because it was making a horrible noise. Lastly, they did not provide hardly anything in there. Not a washcloth or even coffee filters. Not really the relaxing vacation I needed.

Beautiful Property, Terrible Weather

Property was beautiful and as described, great location with access direct to beach and minutes from restaurants and the island. On third day of stay, large storms rolled in with very heavy rain and wind. Seals were bad on patio door and main floor began to take on water. South Padre had tornado warnings and very bad flooding. Communication with manager about how to handle was slow due to many issues with multiple properties. Airports were even shut down due to flooding. Property was not updated or prepared for this weather. Otherwise, great stay and beautiful property! Just bad luck with the high winds and heavy rain

Family mini vacation

My husband and I enjoyed our mini vacation with our daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters. This condo had plenty of room for all of us. It has everything you need. It is beautifully decorated. And the views of the Gulf of Mexico are breathtaking.

First South Padre Vacation

This was our first stay at SPI. We had a great time. The property was wonderful! The view from all of the balconies was spectacular, from sunrise to sunset! The pools were outstanding and the beach access was great. For us, the beds were a little firm but manageable. If we return to SPI, we would stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful property! Close to everything. Easy beach access. The wall to wall windows gave amazing views and the double balcony made easy viewing to the bay side as well as the gulf side. The property itself is beautiful. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Anniversary vacation

Stunning View

It was a little confusing at first locating the entrance, but once we found it there were no issues. This condo was absolutely breath taking. From the view from the bedrooms to the view from the livingroom and kitchen. The sunrises were angelic. We all enjoyed our stay and we will definitely return. Thank you for sharing your lovely place.

A view and a (tennis) ball!

We most loved the views from the many decks. Sunrise with a coffee on the front porch or sunset with wine out back, it was spectacular. But we also loved the tennis and the pool and the hot tub and the short walk to the beach. I will go back longer next time!
