Great location on the beach. It was quiet and near everything at the same time. I was glad it wasn't crowded here. We loved the location of the unit to get to the beach and even the pool area as well. We would definitely come here again.

Holmes Beach

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. Everything was clean and kitchen equipped well. Loved just going out the back deck right to the beach. Can easily walk to breakfast places and to Publix. The pool in the complex is small, but we mostly went to beach. Would stay here again.

Beautiful view

This unit is very nice and true to the pictures. The view from the main room and deck however is even better than any picture could provide - breathtaking. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone looking for a nicely appointed unit on the beach. Very relaxing.

pros, location excellent. Walking distance to restaurant's and groceries. Parking excellent. Covered parking. Pool and elevator excellent. Pool was very warm. Check in excellent. The unit itself was amazing and much bigger in person. It was super clean and beautiful. It had every kitchen tool/ appliance you could possible need. The air conditioner worked amazing. The washer and dryer worked great however the washer is very very loud so I would make sure to not run it too late or early. Patio/deck were amazing until it wasn’t. More on that later. Cons, beds are very very firm. Walls are really thin. It felt like the loud neighbors were in our bedroom. The house does not have a lot of hand towels, washcloths or dishcloths. Things you have to buy to stay at this unit for more than one or two nights : paper towels (1 role provided) toilet paper (1 per bath supplied), laundry detergent (1 pod supplied) olive oil (no cooking oils supplied) aluminum foil (no type of paper provided) seasonings ( salt and pepper only were provided) dishwasher detergent (1 provided) and garbage bags (2 provided) For the price paid I feel like some of these things should have been supplied. We had the unit above us ding dong ditch our unit 5 times and they were chain smoking above us even though it says that’s not allowed. Management did nothing when we complained about both things. It continued for our last three days. The smell was so bad we couldn’t use the patio the last 3 days.

Perfect family getaway right on the beach

Gorgeous spacious condo and amazing location right on the beach. Perfect for our family to easily run back and forth to the house without having to lug beach gear a far distance. Very large patio was lovely for morning coffee and dinner sunsets. Pool was a good break for the kids in the afternoon. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals at home and place was overall a wonderful getaway - we would come back! Property manager was extremely attentive and got back to us right away with any questions.

Gorgeous Condo!

My husband and I along with our two older teens just got back from a stay in Patriots Paradise and we were blown away! The condo is stunning, large and roomy, well appointed, and very comfortable. The views were amazing and we all commented that we have never stayed anywhere quite as beautiful as this. Our host was exceptional and kept in contact with us several times during our stay which we very much appreciated. We can’t wait to come back!

Girls Spring Break

Spring Break trip with my daughters. We loved the condo! If I owned a place at the beach I would want it look exactly like this! Staff was most helpful and checked on us often. Location was very convenient. Beach is literally steps from your back porch. Amazing sunset views! Pool and wooden decks could use renovations. We will definitely be returning!

The Beach at Your Feet

Going to the beach with young children can often be cumbersome because of all the gear you need to take. Not a problem here! You can go back to the house for sand toys, extra towels, whatever you need but forgot. The condo has recently been redone, so is fresh and comfortable and well-stocked with kitchen appliances and gadgets.It is extremely close to the grocery store. All ages had a great time

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to return. The interior of the condo was immaculate and the view of the beach and the water was amazing. The location was great for getting on and off of the island and for shopping. We rented a golf cart and beach umbrella from AMI rentals and their store is within walking distance. My only critique is that the landscaping, pool and deck could use some work. Other than that we would highly recommend this property.
