Hi Steve, I do apologize in regard to the wifi and had we known you were having issues we would have come over and did some rebooting which is usually all it takes or called Spectrum however you never notified us of any internet issues at all also if there is any rainy/stormy days on the island the wifi can be intermittent. You were originally supposed to go into a condo on the beach and we found out they were doing construction so we notified you immediately and told you about Breakers 1 and that it was beachfront single family home and that you would not have to pay the difference in price since Breakers 1 is much more expensive than the beachfront condo you were originally going into. All in all we hope overall you enjoyed your stay since you text us after you checked out and said: "We've checked out. Thank you. It was a wonderful stay."
