La maison dispose de 2 chambres spacieuses, la chambre principale avec lit king-size et la seconde avec 2 lits queen-size, avec matelas et mobilier de qualité supérieure, pour assurer un confort et une détente optimaux à tous les clients, avec télévision à écran plat.
Deux salles de bains de luxe, finies avec des pierres naturelles, créent une atmosphère de spa, équipées de draps frais.
Les sols en pierre polie dans toute la maison reflètent le sable blanc de la plage.
Lorsque vous vous êtes assez relaxé sur la magnifique plage de sable blanc et que vous êtes prêt à entrer, profitez de votre émission télévisée préférée ou du grand match sur le téléviseur haute définition 65 pouces Massive récemment mis à niveau.
L'éclairage à LED réglable et le courant alternatif à commande thermostatique vous permettent d'ajuster l'intérieur à votre propre niveau de confort.
Il y a bien sûr le WiFi sans fil et la télévision par câble, mais pas de téléphone ni de fax, vous ne pouvez donc pas être dérangé sauf si vous le souhaitez.
Cette année, le condo avait toutes les nouvelles fenêtres et portes installées, ils sont isolés et très efficaces. Les fenêtres de la chambre et du salon sont dotées de nouveaux volets de plantation, qui permettent de régler la quantité de lumière qui pénètre dans la pièce.

Had a delightful week at this condo. We sought a simple getaway of sitting on the beach and walking the beach. Was perfect. Location was awesome and low crowds despite “spring break”. Publix nice and close for food. Loved proximity to Longboat and Armand, but was surprised about the impact of 2024 hurricanes on Armand shipping (half the places closed). Surely that will improve. Great 13mi primary to SRQ airport. Parking at condo is awesome and very short walk to beach. Really liked having chairs and umbrellas and not having to rent. That was big. Only improvement we could suggest is that would be nice to leverage some condiments and “basic” foodstuffs (spices, etc) in the kitchen. Such an awesome kitchen for cooking in, which we did a few times. But had to buy olive oil, seasonings, etc. Would be really nice to have these on hand and easy to implement. The kitchen is so nice it kinda “demands” you use it and especially since AMI is small with restaurant options. All in all, loved it. Thank you ! .

Perfect Trip

The home was just as described. Clean. Very comfortable soft master bed. Firmer queens with memory foam in second bedroom but very comfortable for my teen. Not a busy beach even during spring break. The balcony was the perfect spot for me every evening. Nice big tv in the living room. The neighborhood north and south was safe. Lots of good restaurants to choose from. The Ugly Grouper had the best grouper sandwich of all the restaurants I tried.

Amazing!!!

Debbie was beyond accommodating and the BEST to help us find a perfect vacation stay. The location is unbeatable. The pool was so warm and added to the luxury of this home. The kitchen was well equipped and all the bedrooms as well. Ample beach towels, beach toys, and the view is spectacular. I couldn't recommend this place more!

Lovely Gulf Views

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo came with beach chairs and umbrellas which was a great bonus. We did not need them, but there were a view beach toys also. The condo is comfortable and very clean. We had to contact the owner because we could not find a sink stopper for the kitchen sink, and we had a timely response and the problem was solved quickly. You can't beat the views and proximity to the beach - you are ON it! :) Thank you for the wonderful stay here!

First time visit to Anna Maria

We had a wonderful time on Anna Maria due in part to the exceptional condo we rented. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions we asked and their listing was exactly as we pictured-no surprises. We would definitely rent this condo again. The beach was beautiful!

A Piece of Heaven on the Beach

We had a wonderful time at Coquina Beach Club. The condo is everything as described and more. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and we appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas as we flew in from PA. We also appreciated how clean the place was! Any communication with our host was answered quickly. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Fourth of July family vacation

The condo was in excellent condition. Tastefully decorated, filled with household necessities. The view of the water was outstanding, sunset included. There was trouble with the clothes dryer but the owner responded immediately on the holiday and it took a day off-site to repair. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for ourselves and our adult children.

We enjoyed our week at this condo. It was clean, neat, and well stocked with everything needed for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Nice restaurants were nearby. The communication with the owners was excellent. The views from the all glass front sliding doors through the balcony to the beach are stunning! Would highly recommend staying here!!

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful vacation @ this unit. There was 4 adults staying at the unit and we had plenty of space. The unit had everything we needed and was situated at a perfect location on the beach. We walked to Bridge street everyday and visited the many bars and restaurants. The food and service was great, everyone in our group was very happy with all of the meals. All of the wait staff and people we met were very friendly. We definitely would come back and stay at this unit,

Perfect place on the beach

This is one of the nicest appointed rental properties we've stayed at. Very clean and had all of the amenities you can think of. The kitchen is very well stocked so if you want to stay in and cook, you have everything you need. The property manager was very responsive to any needs during our stay. The beach area was perfect and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony - the perfect spot to watch the dolphins and take in sunset.

My husband and I with our 3 kids came to this island for many vacations before deciding to move here full time in 2003. It wasn't easy and we learned a lot with my whole family immigrating from Ireland arranging visa's, finding a good area to live looking at schools etc etc. Now using what I have learned, I am able to assist other lucky people who have also found paradise and now want to live the dream.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is my own property, it is a beautiful location located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Many properties on the island are located over on the other side of Gulf drive, (the main road) or on the intercostal waterway, while they are also still beautiful this property jumped right out at me and said "welcome to the beach "....you cannot get any closer. We love this wonderful property and hope that you do too!!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Sitting on the balcony at sunset has to be the highlight of anyones stay on the island, its just breathtaking and different every night, the spectacular colors, the sun, the sea make it very different every time. You will not be disappointed with this property, we have covered parking to keep the sun off your car, we have a great swimming pool area located to the rear of the property and of course you walk directly out of the condo onto the beach without the need for shoes! When you feel like a night out on the Island, there is a free trolley that runs around the complete length of the island, we have a trolley stop just outside the complex on the main road. Anna Maria city pier is just north of us and you can get to it on the free trolley and just a short distance south is "Historic Bridge street" famous for its shops and restaurants. There are plenty of choices for dining and shopping close by.
