Beautiful remodeled One Bed Townhouse located on the quiet sound side of Navarre Beach. Walking distance from the sound side beach (150 yards).
Walking distance from the Gulf of Mexico (Navarre Beach about 300 yards). Complex has a nice size community pool and Town Home is located close to the Navarre fishing pier, Juana's and Andy D’s Restaurant. Multiple public main beach access points at the top of the street. The Famous Opal Beach is a short ride along the scenic Hwy. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook meals and a blender for Happy Hour Cocktails on the Deck. Bedroom has full king with luxury bedding. Sleeps 5 with Window Bed and Pull out Queen Sofa Bed In Common Area.

Mark and Diana were amazing! The condo is super cute and clean but the best part of our stay was making friends with Mark and Diana! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Couldn’t ask for a better host/hostess!

Amazing little condo did not disappoint!

This was the perfect winter getaway for two weeks and the two of us had a great experience! The hosts were prompt, available, friendly and courteous. In addition, they were generous to share their own treats with us (the steamed shrimp were out of this world) :0)We will certainly keep this place in mind when we return to Navarre beach in the future.Thank you!

My stay at this location was amazing! I love how helpful my host was. My husband and I love the beach and a nice quiet neighborhood. Our host helped us find amazing food and provided a very clean and safe home. I am very hard to please because of my OCD and I do not have any complaints. Excellent property and host. I plan on rebooking again this year.

Perfect location and comfortable condo!

My husband and I stayed here and it was perfect. The ocean side is just a short walk across the road. The condo itself was great. Very comfortable and clean! The owners were very available and kind. I highly reccomend this place to stay in navarre!

Beachy Townhouse

Very cute and clean townhouse. Exactly what we were looking for. Minutes from the beach, very short walk. Pool was great to sit and relax at as well. Beautiful sunsets right at the end of the street in a private little beach area. Owners are fantastic! They really do go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Even had snacks and water upon arrival. Much appreciated! Will be back!

Great Stay

Stay was fantastic. It is perfect for a two-person getaway with a great location within walking distance of restaurants and the beach. It was accurately listed, and Mark and Diana were great.

Short and Sweet Stay

The property was clean and well maintained. The location made it an easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants. Air conditioning worked well. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The space is small. As a family of 3, it was a bit tight especially with the size of the bathroom. A mirror in the bedroom that could be used to get ready (hair/ makeup) would have made a world of difference.

Nice Little Townhouse

The unit was clean and well kept. It was attractive and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equpped (even provided coffee for the Keurig) and bed was comfortable. A/C worked well and kept us cool. Unlike many rental, sofa was comfortable and furniture of good quality. There were some challenges. Bathroom is on second floor with bedroom. Stairs to get there are very steep and narrow. I lost about a half inch of my scalp coming down the stairs the first time, so if you're tall, beware. If you're young and ambitious, you can walk to the nearest real beach, but it's easier to drive or ride a bike. There are many beaches and parking is free everywhere. Pool is right outside the front door and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay. Owners were very good about providing info and answering questions. One more thing, television is streaming via T-Mobile internet which happens to be what we have at home. To watch live TV, you'll need access to a streaming service like YouTube TV or HULU. It worked great.

Great spot in Navarre

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable spot in navarre. Kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach was not far. Mark was very friendly and the condo had all the amenities we could need. Thanks again!
