Lots of room. Clean accommodations. Beautiful House. would stay again. Fantastic. Served our family very well. Loved the hot tub and location, views wonderful.
We had a wonderful time. Lots of room for all of us. Hot tub was very clean, we got in at night while it was snowing. The kitchen was spacious, and the dinning room table was big enough to sit all of us. Bedrooms were clean and spacious as well.
We celebrated some birthdays with extended family and thoroughly enjoyed this home and its location. It was spacious and well equipped with lots of fun things to do. The close location to RMNP was also a huge plus and we enjoyed driving and hiking through the park!
It was a nice place to stay. It has 3 levels so the stairs were a challenge for our group of 70+ years. It would also have been nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom.
We came in for our sons wedding and stayed at Silver tree. It was as everything that was advertised. Very roomy and comfortable. Would highly recommend this property.
This was a great house. Beautiful views, bug enough for our family. Fun games to play, fire place to enjoy, and the hot tub was great. We all really enjoyed our time together there.
It was a very nice place. When I booked it, I didnât know I would need a handicap accessible place. This place delivered. Very easy and the family loved it!!
We rented this home for my family to stay at while my brother got married in Estes Park.Overall, the stay was good, but there are some improvement opportunities. The yard looked very much unkept and didn't feel inviting (see photo). The backyard railing is not secure. You need a high clearance vehicle to get into the driveway due to the high curb. Some of the beds lacked box springs and the boards supporting the beds were warped making for less than pleasant sleep. Some fans in the bathrooms did not work either.
Family stayed to celebrate a wedding. The house was in a convenient location close to the town and Rocky Mountain National Park with beautiful views. The house was in great condition, clean and plenty of amenities.
Unlike a lot of properties I find online, this one was even bigger than the pictures made it seem. And the location is hard to beat. You can be inside Rocky Mountain National Park in less than five minutes. And the kids loved the game room downstairs. The only slight downside is no air conditioning, but even in July we could just leave the windows open at night to cool the house. If we ever come back to Estes Park with a big group of people, we would definitely want to stay here again.
Large house with lots of different living spaces, plenty of room to spread out. Game room in basement with shuffle board, ping pong, and fuss ball. Location is wonderful - we went sledding in RMNP and went swimming at the Community Center. Well stocked kitchen and a garage that we could use. I would highly recommend!
Great property with multiple living areas which allow for adult and children separation. Really appreciated all the space and amenities the house offers.
Only complaint would be parking. The garage was not deep enough for our three row SUV and the driveway can only hold two cars unless they are small.
Honestly we had a minor bump in the checking in process with the links to get check in information and the listing still showed that the vrbo had a day bed but actually getting into the house there was no longer a day bed. So the listing needs to be updated but otherwise it was a great stay.
We were not disappointed at all! We loved our stay at this property. All the space, the games, and the coziness. Beautiful view!! We loved that it had all the utensils we needed to prepare a meal. Overall 1 out of 10, I give it a 10. Will definitely come back to this home! Thanks so much for everything!
7 of us had a great time staying here. It was very spacious so we all had ample privacy to decompress after exploring Estes Park all day. The hot tub was a nice feature. It was also nice to have a full sized washer and drier. The furniture and carpet are a bit dated and well used, but suited us just fine. The beds were comfy with the exception of the 2 twin mattresses. We didn't realize the home doesn't have central air conditioning, but once we started drawing the curtains to keep the midday sun out of us house and utilized the many fans in the house we were very comfortable.
Exceptionally clean facility. Kitchen was well stock with necessary glassware and other necessary kitchen utensils. Currently 6 beds were available in the facility, we had to request one more bed, which was delivered rapidly. Finished basement was specious and with ping pong table.
