Great views and everything you need!

The "Dream Lake House" was absolutely wonderful! The views were incredible, it really felt like you were in the middle of nowhere yet it was only 5 minutes to town. We got to see deer walking through the property from the hot tub! The kitchen was loaded with anything you could possibly want, and the rest of the house had enough space and amenities for everyone. The kids particularly enjoyed the projector downstairs! The house was exactly as described and very easy to find. They even left the lights on for us when they found out we'd be arriving around sunset!

Thanksgiving in Estes Park

We felt welcome walking into the house. Christmas tree up with lights on and Christmas music playing. Gary kept us supplied with firewood, which was wonderful with all the snow. I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, never have i seen so much supplied in the kitchen. We had a wonderful time and everything in the house was comfortable.

Exceeded Expectations

Our group of five coworkers stayed for a conference. The house itself is beautiful and true to the pictures. I don't think I have ever stayed in a VRBO that was so well equipped. Every pot and dish you could want, spices, lots of firewood, etc... It made cooking a pleasure. The house is just a few minutes away from downtown which made it convenient.

Better than expected

We had a great stay… Quite relaxing. The online pictures do not do this home justice. Spacious and comfortable for the nine adults and three children. The master bedroom has a wonderful view of the mountains and the valley. We had a beautiful snow which affected our departure and Gary was very accommodating… Hopefully, we will have opportunity to return again. Highly recommend.

Fall at the cabin

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. The location was great. Morning coffee in the sunshine on the deck was a great way to start the day. Plenty of room for our extended family as we loved all being together.

Loved it!

Entire family was very comfortable and happy! It's probably the most well-stocked properties we've ever stayed in. We loved the view from the deck and saw lots of deer and elk. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect family stay

The house was perfect for our family trip to the Rockies. My kids loved the games in the basement, the deck was lovely to sit on and have my coffee, the hot tub was a lifesaver after difficult hikes and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. I would stay again without reservation

Family vacation

My husband and I and our 3 children and grandchildren stayed in this very well stocked and comfortable home. We had other family members staying in a nearby house. We enjoyed hiking in RMNP and visiting together in the evenings It was very easy to book this home and communication with the owner was seamless. We appreciated all the baby items provided so we didn’t have to bring them from home. We would consider staying here again!!

We had a great week at the cabin. Very clean and well stocked. Views were amazing! Gary, the owner, was very good at communicating. Actually, we were there during the fire and he kept very close contact with me, helping me know what to do in case of evacuation. We didn’t have to, thankfully! Got to stay our whole week!! Love Estes and loved this cabin!

Wonderful place for the whole family

We had a wonderful time at Gary’s house in Estes Park. This place was very comfortable for the entire family. We really appreciated the highchair, pack and play, and security gates for the stairs since we were traveling with a one year old. The host is extremely responsive. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed and more.highly recommend.

From 70 to 3 months

Wonderful, clean property for families with young children - 2 pack n plays, high chairs, baby gate, games and books. Plenty of space for kids to play. Big enough dining area and well stocked kitchen to prepare and share meals. Family rooms upstairs and down. Laundry and 3 full bathrooms. Convenient to RMNP and Estes Park.

Amazing Getaway

We stayed for one week with 9 people. We had 5 high schoolers and 4 adults. The place is amazing and has everything you would need so don’t overpack. Everyone had their own beds with kids downstairs and adults upstairs. All the towels, soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. was included. Everything was very clean upon arrival. They have plenty of board games and books, and puzzles. The downstairs had rock band which our 5 kids loved playing during their downtime. There are thousands of movies to choose from if you are staying in. The kitchen and covered porch provided ample places for eating and playing games. The kitchen had all the spices you need as well as other odds and ends to make cooking easier. The proximity to town is perfect. Quick 5 min drive and you are in Estes or in Rocky Mountain National Park. Gary, the owner of the property was amazing as well. Attentive to all of our needs and willing to do anything to make our stay more comfortable. The only constructive criticism we would have is that since they have so many things in closets and drawers available to the guest, it didn’t provide much space in some of the bedrooms to unload your suitcases into the drawers and closets. We would definitely stay here again when we come back!

Great Vacation Home

We have stayed in this home twice in the past year. It fits our family perfectly. The house is so comfortable and homey with everything you need to fix family meals and is also the most stocked home I’ve ever stayed at. The location is also wonderful. You feel secluded yet you are close to town and the National Park. The host is also great to work with.

Great place to be in Estes...in the snow!

This place was cozy, well-appointed, and a perfect place to watch the snow, hang out, cook and enjoy the area. We saw deer several times, enjoyed the hot tub, and ventured out into Rocky Mountain National Park a couple of times!

We live a little less than an hour away in Fort Collins.
We have vacationed all over and often rented homes to stay in, and those were our best vacation memories.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It's all about the view! This area of the Rockies is one of the most beautiful places in the world, and one of the few very beautiful locations that has year-round activities.
The location and convenience are a nice bonus, but the views were the main consideration in choosing this property.Every room, every window in this house has a great view. We looked for years at Estes Park and Grand lake for a second home that would be an investment and eventually a retirement home for us. We saw lots of properties with no nice view, or tiny windows, or neighbors too close,too small,or too 'inconvenient' to get to. This home is in a perfect, very quiet spot. Our neighbors are few, they are not close by, and do not spoil the view. Getting to the Park, the restaurants, and the shopping are easy from this location. On Summer weekends when the town is jammed with tourists, it is easy to bypass the traffic by using Peak View and Riverside drive.
We love to go hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, and access to the park is quick and easy from this location. The drive to the Park from our property does not go through town and traffic is never an issue even on Summer weekends.

We have gone a bit overboard with guest amenities.
No vacation home has more entertainment options. The home theater with video games and movies will occupy the kids down stairs while the adults enjoy the view and 50 inch plasma tv upstairs.
