This charming home, designed with comfort in mind, features hand-crafted details by homeowner Paul and tasteful decor by Jess, ensuring a stay filled with relaxation.

Your Cape Cod retreat boasts:

-Three cozy bedrooms accommodating up to 7 guests: a king, a queen, and a bunk + twin setup, perfect for children.

-A `Kickin It` kitchen equipped with modern appliances, paired with a handmade dining table seating six.

-A living space with plush seating, HDTV and streaming (Roku)

-An always clean full bathroom with tub and shower, plus a convenient outdoor shower for stargazing cleanses.

-Climate control with efficient AC for summer and heating for cool nights.

Outdoor Living:

-Dine al fresco on the deck, complete with seating and grill.

-Gather around the backyard fire pit for storytelling under the stars.

-An outdoor shower hand-built by Paul.

Location Highlights:

FOR THOSE WITH MOBILITY LIMITATIONS: The home has a few steps at the entrance. All bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the primary (1st) floor. The steps to the basement may be challenging for those with mobility limitations. We recommend that only individuals without mobility limitations access the basement for laundry or to use the `game room.`

At `Just Chillin`,` managed with care by ProHostℱ (Erin and Chuck), we’re dedicated to your comfort. Available for recommendations or any assistance, we ensure a seamless Cape Cod experience.

Return to Falmouth

We visited Falmouth in 2022 and loved the area and were happy to have the opportunity to spend time here again. This property is located in a quiet area just a short drive from Falmouth Heights beaches, Falmouth’s Main Street, and Mashpee Commons, which offers shopping and restaurants. The house has a well-stocked upgraded kitchen, comfortable beds, and very comfortable pillows. We enjoyed the porch, and since we were there during the Olympics, we especially appreciated having the large TV.

Great long-weekend getaway

Our stay with family and friends this weekend was great! A bunch of us ran the Falmouth road race and this house was in a great location for everything. A short drive but also far enough away to feel separated from hustle and bustle the busy weekend. The house was so cute and clean. The kitchen was amazing and had literally anything you could need which was helpful for us because we made dinner each night we were there. The appliances are all brand new. Both showers are excellent (indoor and outdoor). The beds are SUPER comfortable - I honestly slept better than in my own bed. The weekend was humid but the window AC units were more than enough and made the house nice and comfortable which was great, especially for sleeping at night. There are ample supplies at this house for grilling, going to the beach, hanging out and playing games (chairs, coolers, grill tools, baggy boards, toys and games). I would 10/10 recommend this property and look forward to staying here again! The communication with the host was on point and they even left us a welcome basket :)
