FOR THOSE WITH MOBILITY LIMITATIONS please note that both bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. Additionally, the washer and dryer are located down stairs in the basement. This may be challenging for some and we want to ensure all are aware before booking.

FOR THOSE TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN , please note that we have not baby or toddler proofed the home. While you are free to do so, we may not have the resources to do this before you arrive. Additionally, there are stairs and other risks in the home (gas stove, sharp utensils, etc.) that you will need to be mindful of. If you are looking for a pack n play, we may be able to accommodate. Please ask us for details.

PLEASE NOTE: All cancellations (even those within the full or partial refund window) will be net of credit card fees (~4% per transaction). We have no control over these fees and when they are charged they are gone for good. We've researched far and wide and have not found a solution to this issue. By booking you agree to this policy.
