Cette maison de plage, parfaitement située à quelques maisons d'une plage privée, est dans un quartier calme idéal pour des balades à vélo en famille. Cette maison dispose de l'air central, d'une grande salle familiale et de 4 chambres spacieuses. Il dispose également d'une grande terrasse pour se détendre et cuisiner sur le grill Weber. Il y a un grand garage et une allée pour 4 voitures. Profitez de la commodité de la douche extérieure après une journée à la plage. Avec Internet haute vitesse et une TV HD 65 pouces (télévision par câble) pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter dans la salle familiale, nous ne pouvons rien imaginer d'autre dont vous aurez besoin pour profiter au maximum de vos vacances au Cap !!

La région: à cinq minutes à pied du port de plaisance de Millway, de l'observation quotidienne des baleines et de la location de bateaux, de la bonne nourriture et des boissons au restaurant Mattakeese Wharf et du marché aux poissons frais à emporter. Allez au centre-ville de Barnstable Village pour des glaces, des magasins et des restaurants ou rendez-vous à Craigville Beach à proximité.

Close to Everything!

A beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood. The house is so roomy and comfortable - our group of 7 enjoyed it so much. The kids hung out downstairs in the game room in the evening. Easy walk to the water and local restaurant for dinner. The hosts were extremely quick to answer questions. We look forward to coming back.

Our stay was wonderful. The property was in a fantastic location, which made everything easily accessible. Despite the rainy weather, we had a great time and truly enjoyed our experience. The rental had everything we could possibly need. We loved the fact the rental was only a 5 minute walk to some of the freshest seafood. We definitely celebrated our friend's 50th in style!We would love to return in the future.

Fun family getaway

The house was just as advertised, the hosts were responsive and very easy to work with, the location was unbeatable!! We had a fantastic little getaway during April school vacation… everyone from the Grandchildren up to the Grandparents had a wonderful time, can’t beat the neighborhood or the beach access . We hope to be back next year. Thank you!

Great family vacation

Great house for our family of 10. 6 adults and 4 kids all under 5. House is spacious and was well equipped with all we needed. Great location, so close to the beach, playgrounds and restaurants.

Beautiful house in great location

The house was in a great location and had all of the amenities for our family. It was an easy walk to the beach and a 20-min walk to downtown. The house included all of the amenities you would need and more.

Another wonderful stay

This is our second time spending a week at this property. Clean and well equipped. There was plenty to do both inside the house and nearby. So nice to be only a few minute walk from the beach. Kids said they had so much fun. Hope to be back here again soon!

The house was very comfortable and well-stocked. The outdoor shower is amazing. Danielle and Lisa were very responsive. The house is in the perfect location to enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer. We had a wonderful vacation! Thank you so much!

Nice neighborhood and nice having private beach. Owner was very receptive. We only had 2 wash clothes and no dish towels and she has them delivered same day.

splendid vacation

Our family had a great time in this spacious Cape home. It really helped bring our family together and have lots of fun. What made it better was the games we had access too and the spacious rooms we were able to have to acquaint the little ones as well as the adults. This is a house we would visit again for the holidays for sure. The owners were very kind and responded quickly to our questions as well. Thank you for the memories!

Property was as advertised...

Owner/manager was very responsive. House is situated in a very quaint, quiet area near the beach however shopping convenience was only a 10 minute ride. House had great sleeping accommodations, a bonus game room in the basement and the plenty of bicycles in the garage. It was clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a successful golf trip to the Cape!

Beautiful property a block from the beach!

The pictures didn’t do this property justice! Spacious and clean, and the manager was quick to respond when we had a question. Loved all the bikes and beach toys in the garage, and our three year old loved the closet full of toys, haha. The beach just a short walk down the road was so cool! Was fun to go at low tide and see all the wildlife scuttling around. The outdoor shower was extremely handy for getting the sand off. Amazing!

We had a great time, the house is beautiful, I enjoyed the jacuzzi, it’s spacious and comfortable.

The kids went for bike ride to the beach and candy store. Enough space for everyone to do their own things. Nice surrounds speakers for movie which we did a lot. Close drive and walk to a lot things. Thank you Danielle. I would definitely return, if given the opportunity. Thank so much 😊

Great property for families!

We just spent a week at this property with 11 family members. The younger kids loved the bunk beds and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. The beach was perfect for the youngest children...they had fun exploring all the creatures at low tide. The owner was a fantastic communicator. The kitchen was well stocked, so we were able to make many meals at the house. The garage was full of everything you need at the beach...chairs, buckets, toys, and even a wagon to pull it all to the beach. This property made our week really easy!

Lovely, comfortable home perfect for families

The house worked perfectly for our extended family. The location was great (near local relatives) and, in a different season, we would certainly have taken advantange of the proximity to water. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, cooking tools, and appliances, so we were easily able to host Thanksgiving dinner. The basement playroom was a hit with the older kids -- pool, ping pong, and fussboll. There was a good selection of board games and little kids' toys too (but not many books). Check-in and out was easy and the owners were generally responsive. The house could use some minor repairs (closet door hinges, cold water faucet in the master bath) and it would be incredibly helpful to install a railing for the front steps for older and less mobile guests. We'd happily stay here again!

Great mid-Cape location

Our group of 9 loved the house. It's so close to the beach and a harbor that has two restaurants and a whale watching tour company. It felt like you could be less than 30 minutes to any place between Sandwich and Chatham which made it easy to take short trips around the Cape. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed for our large group and having two tables in the kitchen allowed us all to eat together. Everything worked and was well maintained. The kids room had a few toys in the closet which our 4 and 5 year old boys loved. Our older kids (and the adults who are kids at heart) loved the ping pong and pool table in the large basement. I joked the only thing it was missing was a pinball machine or a couple arcade games. Having a beach so close was a huge benefit. It's a sandy beach and not terribly busy. You can walk out a fairly long way during low tide which allowed for some fun seashell searching and finding crabs. We never bothered making a trip to Mayflower or Corporation beach of how convenient it was. The host was very easy to reach for questions we had, but the document we got prior to check in addressed 90% of our questions. We'd definitely look to stay here again if we come back to Cape Cod.

The Best Vacation Spot Ever!

I have rented in this neighborhood for over 20 years. I have 5 children and there is something for all ages in this location. The private beach at the end of the street is perfect for sunbathing, building sand castles, relaxing with friends while the kids are searching for sea creatures. Bring your lunch or run back to the house to eat...you decide. The neighborhood is quiet, very little car traffic thru it, great for the kids to do laps on their bikes. The older kids can bike to the center of town where there are ice cream stores, restaurants, and " the candy store"(the Barnstable General Store which has a little penny candy section the kids love! And everything Mom and Dad could need! ) Wake up early for some adult time-walks on the beach or bike to the coffee shop in the village. Enjoy the "BIG Beach" as the kids call it, Craigville is a 15 minute car ride...just jump in your car and go- there are bathrooms and snack shacks that serve ice cream and lunch! There are so many things to do...rent a boat for the day at the marina down the street and head over to Sandy Neck, the kids will ride the tides around the beautiful sand bar. Take a whale watch tour, located 5 minutes away(walking)! Spend the day at the famous Main Street shops in Hyannis about a 15 minute drive away. The boats to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are there as well if you want to dine on the island. So much to do, the only problem is trying to fit it all in. We were introduced to this area by elementary school friends and have been coming ever since we first saw it. The friends we grew up with have bought homes in the area and our children have the company of their friends on vacation now too. We vacation with as many as 6 families in multiple houses in the neighborhood...sharing great times and even better memories! Hope you come to love the area as much as we did!

The Nagel Family vacation

The house was exactly what we expected. We had 10 family members and it worked great for showers, meals, and sleeping. The central location in the Cape worked well for sites and restaurants.

New year getaway

Our group had a wonderful stay here in Barnstable. The house was even better than I imagined! The house was so spacious and there was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The pool table and foosball table were nice bonuses! The neighborhood was very cute and the house is only a couple minute walk to the beach. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again!

We are a family from Weymouth who has vacationed in this beautiful Cape Cod neighborhood for decades. Our dream was to one day own our own home in this area. We are sure you will fall in love with Barnstable Harbor as we did!

We fell in love with this house for many reasons! Our top three? The location can't be beat. The house is just seconds away from a private deeded beach and minutes away from some of Cape Cod's most beautiful public beaches. The neighborhood exudes Cape Cod charm and is safe and convenient for bike riding/jogging/strolling through the interconnecting neighborhood streets. And as for the house itself, the spacious open floor plan, the cozy cape feel, and endless storage sealed the deal!
