Downstairs next to pool. Very Private romantic Studio apt with King bed, private bath, full modern kitchen, laundry... all amenities. Recliner loveseat sofa for viewing the large flat screen TV.
Tastefully decorated. Perfect for a Couple’s getaway . We do not allow more than two people in this studio cottage. Ample parking for a small boat and trailer. There is a fish cleaning station on the side of the building and a great outdoor area in front of the studio for early morning coffee and afternoon lounging. Much much more than you will find anywhere for the price! The beach is just steps away. Beach wagon, 8ft umbrella and folding beach chairs on site for guest use. If you are looking for a larger cottage or you have a child, please see our other properties: “Redfish” and “Trout.” Fast high-speed internet with wifi speed tests > 500 mbps often seen.

Good location

Just right for two people. Place was clean and the necessary items for cooking. The negative was that the renters in an adjoining apartment were loud and obnoxious till after 10PM every night. Perhaps too young to be renting!

Didn’t want to leave!!

We loved our stay. It was a perfect place with an ideal location. Check in was easy and communication was great. We would definitely return to Pompano Beach Studio again.

Very nice, short walk to beach

I would give a 5 but you might notice no photo of bathroom. It is just ok. Shower is very small. Rest of unit fine. Location great. Very quiet. Communication with host very good. Paddy’s Raw Bar has great Gumbo

St. George Pompano Beach Stay

We had a wonderful time at St. George's. The studio we stayed at was perfect for my wife and I. Very clean and cozy. Very short walk to the beach. Everyone was friendly and we had a wonderful time!

Great winter haven

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect space for a couple who needed a break from the cold of winter. Beach access was so close.

Wonderful Location & Proerty

I booked for three nights beginning Christmas Eve (12/24/2024), I had to leave after one night, on Christmas Day, due to my sick dog. I really didn’t have time to enjoy the property, but I plan to return one day. Everything was clean and just as described. Brandon was a wonderful host and communication was always available

St. George island getaway

Shhhhh, don’t tell anyone but you get the sunsets and sunrise like one block from the apartment when you hit the beach! Great price great beach access and great fishing.

Perfect Solo Trip

Slice of paradise

Love the Pompano! After a long day at the beach we would come cool off in the pool! This is the third year in a row we have stayed at the Pompano! Can’t wait to come back to SGI!!

25th wedding anniversary

Love St.George island & decided to visit for our 25th anniversary. We are also there to look for property in the area. This little place is great for Just the Two of Us and just across the street from the beach, we had family over from Jacksonville and they stayed in Apalachicola but came to join us for breakfast and a couple days at the beach. We had a little inconvenience with the hurricane but very little interruption with our stay. Brandon was great to work with and excellent at communicating back and forth. Thanks again

The Perfect Beach Rental

Great unit, exactly as described, and just steps away from beach access. The fact that the unit came with beach chairs, a wagon, and tent was another major plus for us. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful

My daughter and I stayed here and loved it! Check in was super easy and communication leading up to check in was excellent. The unit was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay and loved the extras provided for the beach! The wagon, canopy and chairs were put to good use and were much appreciated! We had a wonderful stay!

The Pompano

Wonderful little place, perfect for two. We had everything we needed and were so close to the beach!!! our only issue was that we did have roaches on 3 occasions. Otherwise, no complaints. We'd be glad to return!

Spring Break getaway

Most enjoyable week. The space was perfect for just me. Would still be perfect for 2 people. It had everything I needed. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. You can hear the ocean waves while you sit out front with your morning coffee. If you bring family, the adjoining properties would be perfect and this space makes a great space for a single or couple who wish to have more privacy. The paths to the beach are directly across the street and Brandon provides chairs, an umbrella, and wagon for each property. How perfect! I’d definitely rent again.

SGI perfect getaway.

St. George Island is a nice getaway for beautiful beaches, great bike riding, wonderful birdwatching and calm surroundings. The studio was perfect for two people and convenient to the island center. The state park at the east end of the island is beautiful and has the quieter beaches. We will definitely be back. Thanks again to our gracious host.
