On the second floor are two tastefully decorated guest bedrooms (queen & TV), each with its own private bath and entrance to the upper balcony porch. OCEAN OASIS has numerous relaxation stations. The lower screened-in porch offers inviting seating for a post-beach drink and flows onto the paver patio which has an outdoor dining table with seating for 8 and a gas grill. The upstairs balcony porch is screened in and offers comfortable lounging furniture and a limited ocean view. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
