Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

Newly constructed and designer decorated, the cottage has all the essentials guests will need. The open concept living, kitchen and dining areas allow guests to gather and enjoy the special moments that will make memories. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range and convenient seating at the kitchen island. The large living room has plenty of comfy seating with a large HD Smart TV and views to the inviting backyard with a private pool and spa! The privately fenced backyard is a tropical oasis with a large pool that features a sun shelf with in water lounge chairs, a spa with plenty of seating and a covered outdoor space with an HD Smart TV to enjoy the game or movie night in the pool!

The cottage offers four large bedrooms with the primary suite on the first floor. The spacious primary suite has a king bed, an HD Smart TV and a bathroom that guests will never want to leave. Enjoy relaxing in your own private tub, away from it all as well as large walk-in shower. The primary suite bathroom has a large walk-in closet, perfect for groups with small children who need a space for a pack n play (not provided).

Upstairs are three guest bedrooms, two guest bathrooms and an additional living area with a large HD Smart TV.
